  Cancellation Policy

  
  

  If, for any reason, you must cancel a rental agreement and you explicitly did not use the cancellation fund, you must pay a fee to the landlord. This fee is as follows:

  • If you cancel more than three months before the start date, you will pay 25% of the agreed price;
  • If you cancel within three to two months before the start date, you will pay 50% of the agreed price;
  • If you cancel within one month before the start date, you pay 90% of the agreed price;
  • If you cancel within one week before the start date, you will pay the full 100% of the agreed price.

  The money can be partially refunded, after deduction of the reservation fee and the contribution to the cancellation fund, if someone else reserves and pays for your place for the same period or part of it, on your recommendation and with the landlord's approval.

• Payment information

  Pay 50% within 14 days of booking and the remainder no later than 30 days before arrival. If you book within a month, you pay the full amount immediately.
