    our experience

    The accommodation was severely lacking in basic hygiene, with filthy living areas upon our arrival. On top of the cleanliness issues, there were major technical defects and broken facilities throughout the entire property. The advertised features did not match reality, including key amenities that were completely … missing. To make matters worse, the customer service was extremely unhelpful, offering only empty promises and showing zero initiative to resolve the issues during our stay.
