    The staff’s service is excellent! Corine, in particular, exceeds all expectations! I had forgotten my shoes and was able to pick them up on Saturday (today) at the location. She stayed late just for me because I was running late due to traffic, and even gave me a cup of coffee for the trip home!

    The house wasn’t cleaned properly—dusty, I get that… but dirty… not so much: dead insects scattered all over the floor throughout the entire villa, the floor was dirty with visible footprints, behind the curtains it was like a sandbox, and there was chewing gum on the floor.

    The villa is beautiful and the location is stunning, but I wouldn’t book it again at these prices only to end up cleaning it myself. The house was left cleaner than when we arrived...
    Unless quality is guaranteed, I’m definitely open to giving it another try!

    Service van het personeel is uitstekend! In het bijzonder overtreft Corine alle verwachtingen! Ik was schoenen vergeten en kon zaterdag (vandaag) ophalen op locatie. Ze is speciaal langer gebleven omdat ik verlaat was door file en kreeg nog een bakkie mee voor de terugweg!

    Het huis was niet goed schoongemaakt, stoffig snap ik wel.. maar vies.. dat niet: dode insecten op de vloer verdeeld over de gehele villa, vloer vies: zichtbare voetstappen, achter de gordijnen was het een zandbak, kauwgum op de vloer.

    De villa is mooi en de locatie is prachtig, zou niet voor deze bedragen weer eens boeken om uiteindelijk weer zelf te staan poetsen. Het huis werd schoner achtergelaten dan aangetroffen...
    Tenzij er kwaliteit beloofd wordt dan sta ik zeker open voor een herkansing!

    Hopelijk tot ziens! Indien je meer wilt weten hoor ik het graag.
