Spending the night in Tiny House 4 means "Less house, more life" and brings you closer to nature. The chalet is cleverly and tastefully decorated with many natural influences and is suitable for 4 people. The living area has a sitting area with television and atmospheric fireplace, a dining area and a kitchen with a cooker, refrigerator and Nespresso Professional Machine (capsules can be bought exclusively at the reception).     Our vacation was a series of mishaps, bad luck, and glitches. First, sparks flew out of an outlet at me; then we had no power; and then we went two days without hot water. On top of that, there were lots of little issues: one window wouldn’t open, the previous guest’s laundry was still on the floor when we arrived, the indoor pool was out of … service for one day… The staff were always very friendly, acted quickly, and tried to find solutions. But in the end, three days (half the vacation) were just stressful, and we didn’t get any rest. When I asked for a compromise, their solutions weren’t an option for us. Since breakfast service starts at 9 a.m., with a toddler that would basically be like lunch. When I then asked about another accommodation on the premises, we would have had to pay extra for it. To be honest, that wasn’t very guest-oriented. It’s been almost two months, and I’m still annoyed. As a regular tenant, I could have negotiated a rent reduction—but not there.

    Wir hatten einen Urlaub aus Pleiten, Pech und Pannen. Erst sind mir Funken aus einer Steckdose entgegen geschlagen, dann hatten wir keinen Strom und dann 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser. Dazu kamen viele Kleinigkeiten: ein Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, bei Ankunft lag noch die Wäsche vom Vormieter auf dem Boden, das Hallenbad war 1 Tag nicht nutzbar.... die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich und haben schnell gehandelt und versucht Lösungen zu finden. Aber letztendlich waren 3 Tage (die Hälfte des Urlaubs) nur stressig und es gab keine Erholung. Als ich nach einem Entgegenkommen gefragt hatte, waren deren Lösungen für uns keine Option. Da Frühstücksservice ab 9 Uhr mit Kleinkind eher einem Mittagessen gleich kommen würde. Als ich dann nach einer anderen Unterkunft auf dem Gelände gefragt hatte, hätten wir drauf zahlen müssen. Das war wenig gastorientiert ehrlich gesagt. Es ist schon fast 2 Monate her und ich ärgere mich immer noch. Als normaler Mieter, hätte man eine Mietminderung erwirken können - dort nicht.

    The front desk staff is very friendly, and if there are any issues, they’re quick to respond and handle them well.

    Beautiful cottages. Very well cleaned. Friendly staff.

    The option to pick up takeout is also good. Home delivery even comes right up to the gate, so it’s ideal if you want something different.

    It’s a shame that … people aren’t very careful with the items in the cottages. Cutlery sets are incomplete. Chairs are already quite damaged. The doors of the box bed are destroyed. This is really a shame.

    It’s great that you can order sandwiches and that there’s a little shop on-site. Otherwise, it’s a fine park with plenty to do in the area.

    Receptie erg vriendelijk en bij mankementen kun je er snel terecht en wordt het goed afgehandeld.

    Mooie huisjes. Prima schoongemaakt. Vriendelijk personeel.

    Ook de optie om eten af te halen is goed. Ook thuisbezorgd komt tot aan de slagboom dus ideaal als je iets anders wil.

    Jammer is dat mensen niet erg zuinig omgaan met de spullen in de huisjes. Bestek niet compleet. Stoelen al flink beschadigd. Deurtjes van de bedstee vernield. Echt jammer dit.

    Erg fijn is de optie om broodjes te bestellen en dat er een winkeltje bij zit. Verder een prima park met voldoende in de buurt te ondernemen.
