This modern tiny house is suitable for up to four people and is located in a green, peaceful setting at Mooidal Boutique Park in Meerssen. The accommodation is an ideal base for discovering South Limburg. After a day of walking, cycling or a visit to Valkenburg or Maastricht, you can completely unwind in the electrically heated private hot tub, which can be used without limit.

The accommodation has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double box spring bed and one with two separate single box spring beds. The cozy living area features a seating and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, Nespresso machine and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Thanks to the air conditioning, which can both cool and heat, you can stay comfortably all year round.

Outside, you can enjoy your own terrace with the hot tub. Upon arrival, the beds are made and the towels are ready for you. A service package including kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid and Rituals hand soap and shower gel is also included. Free wifi is available and parking is available in the central parking area at the entrance to the park. For extra convenience, you can book the hot tub service, so that the hot tub is already filled and at temperature upon arrival.

Due to its location next to the railway, train traffic is audible during the day. Inside the tiny house, you will hardly notice it thanks to the good insulation, and it concerns only quiet electric trains.
