This attractive tiny house is suitable for two people and is located at Mooidal Boutique Park in Meerssen. The accommodation is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in South Limburg. After a day of walking, cycling or visiting Valkenburg or Maastricht, you can completely unwind in the electrically heated private hot tub, which can be used without limit.

The accommodation has one bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. The living area is equipped with air conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, oven, Nespresso machine and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with the hot tub. On arrival, the beds are made and towels are ready for you. Free wifi and a service pack including Rituals hand soap and shower gel are also included. For extra convenience, you can book the hot tub service, so that the hot tub is already filled and at temperature on arrival.

Due to its location next to the railway, train traffic can be heard during the day. Thanks to the good insulation and the use of quiet electric trains, you will hardly notice this indoors.
