    The resort is in a beautiful location and is beautifully designed with excellent cottages. The booking and check-in process, as well as resort access via license plate, are well organized. Beautiful pool!

    However, accessing the cottages via the app is frustrating (it often doesn’t work) and can even be dangerous. The door locks itself every time. If you leave your phone inside, you can’t get back in. It’s unthinkable if a small child were inside! Please fix this!

    We wanted to rent a bike. At 4:45 p.m. A one-day rental runs until 5:00 p.m.! There was no way to arrange it. The receptionist looked immaculate but was not at all customer-oriented.

    There’s a Plus supermarket and a bakery 3 km away in Berg. And then there’s the Ciao Ciao restaurant: fantastic! They really go all out! Great (Italian) food, run with heart and soul. Be sure to book in advance, though, because it’s fully booked every day.

    So feel free to book this resort!

    The management does still have some work to do when it comes to the digital key system and customer service!

    Het resort ligt op een mooie locatie, is mooi ontworpen met prima huisjes. Boek- en incheckproces en toegang tot resort op kenteken goed ingeregeld. Mooi zwembad!

    Toegang tot de huisjes met de app is echter storend (werkt vaak niet) en kan zelfs gevaarlijk zijn. De deur valt iedere keer in het slot. Als je je telefoon binnen laat liggen, kom je er niet meer in. Je moet er niet aan denken dat een klein kind binnen is! Los dit op!

    We wilden een fiets huren. Om 16u45. Tot 17u00 is één dag huur! Er viel niets te regelen. De receptioniste zag er tot in de puntjes verzorgt uit maar was vokstrekt niet klantgericht.

    Op 3 km in Berg is een Plus en warme bakker. En dan het restaurant Ciao Ciao: super! Ze gaan ervoor! Goed (Italiaans) eten, exploitatie met hart en ziel. Wel op tijd boeken want elke dag volledig volgeboekt.

    Je kunt hier dus gerust boeken voor dit resort!

    Het beheer heeft wél nog een uitdaging met betrekking tot de digitale huissleutel en klantgerichtheid!

    Honestly, it was just awful, but we made the best of it. You can hear everything in the "cottages" (read: converted mobile homes). If someone tosses and turns in bed, you can hear it right through the "walls" (those flimsy American walls). Half of the stuff in the cottage didn’t work. The cottages get sweltering hot when it’s sunny; even with the (half-working) AC on, you can’t get the temperature below 22 degrees. If you go to the front desk with a complaint, they can’t do anything about it, but they also don’t seem to care or want to help when you have a complaint. We’re definitely never going back here. Well, maybe just to the restaurant, because the people working there are very friendly, nice, and competent. The food there was genuinely delicious, and the decor was nice too. Oh yeah, the only “green” thing about this park is the bushes and the grass😂

    Eigenlijk was het gewoon ruk, maar we hebben er het beste van gemaakt. Je hoort alles in de "huisjes" (lees omgebouwde stacaravans). Als iemand in zijn of haar bed omdraait hoor je het door de "muren" (Amerikaanse wandjes) heen. De helft van de spullen in het huisje deed het niet. De huisjes worden als het zonnig is snik heet, zelfs met de (half werkende) airco aan krijg je de temperatuur niet onder de 22 graden. Als je met een klacht naar de receptie gaat dan kunnen ze er niks aan veranderen, maar ze geven ook niet het idee er iets om te geven of mee te gaan doen als je een klacht hebt. Wij gaan hier in ieder geval nooit meer terug. Nouja misschien alleen naar het restaurant, want daar werken hele vriendelijke, leuke en bekwame mensen. Daar was het eten oprecht lekker en het had ook een leuke aankleding. Ooh ja, het enige Green aan dit park zijn de bosjes en het gras😂
