Sleeping in a wine barrel! A unique experience!

The wine barrels consist of Pine wood, and the length size is 430 cm and the diameter is 228 cm. The thickness of the wood is 46 mm, so also very suitable for the winter months.

The wine barrel has a whole experience of its own, and has a simple but comfortable interior. In the back of the wine barrel is a large 2-person bed, underneath you have a large storage space.

In the front there are 2 sofas and a large pull-out table. The 2 benches can each be converted to 2 beds. So a total of 4 people can sleep per wine barrel.

    Nice quiet little campsite, clean plumbing, kitchen to use. 1 overnight stay after our hike in the Kalmthoutse Heide. We were lucky to be alone on the back lot and wake up in the sun with the animals for company. A place to remember!

    Fijne rustige kleine camping, proper sanitair, keuken om te gebruiken. 1 overnachting na onze wandeling in de Kalmthoutse Heide. We hadden het geluk om alleen te staan op het achterste stukje en wakker te worden in de zon met de dieren als gezelschap. Een plaats om te onthouden!

    Very cozy family campground, fun with all the animals. Clean sanitary facilities and a kitchen to use. Also not far from Hoogerheide a cozy town, we have eaten very well at Parwaan, Afghan restaurant.

    What a wonderful campsite. Here children can be children. There is so much to do. We only had one rule for our grandson. You may not pass the barrier. After that we didn't really see him for hours. Sometimes he came by to see how far we were with the tent, but then he was gone again. Play equipment, rabbits, llamas, goats, go-karts, scavenger hunt through the woods and you name it. In the evening you can draw soup from the clothes they are wearing, but they had another grand day. Then in the shower around 7:30 and then it's nice and quiet in the campground.

    Wat een heerlijke camping. Hier kunnen kinderen kind zijn. Er is zoveel te doen. Wij hadden maar één regel voor onze kleinzoon. Je mag niet voorbij de slagboom Daarna hebben we hem uren niet echt gezien. Soms kwam hij even langs om te kijken hoe ver we waren met de tent, maar dan was hij weer vertrokken. Speeltoestellen, konijnen, lama's, geitjes, skelters, speurtocht door het bos en noem maar op. 's avonds kun je soep trekken van de kleren die ze aan hebben, maar ze hebben weer een grandioze dag gehad. Dan onder de douche rond half acht en daarna is het heerlijk stil op de camping.
