Summary created out of 221 reviews

The park is beautifully situated by the Kraaijenbergse Plassen and offers tranquillity, nature, and excellent opportunities for boating, cycling, and walking. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, the beach with clear water, and the spacious, modern design of many accommodations. While the waterside location is seen as a major advantage, cleanliness upon arrival unfortunately often falls short, with reports of dust, stains, and pests. Additionally, the limited on-site facilities, combined with noise from the nearby motorway and summer heat without air conditioning, lead to disappointment for some guests.

A really cool campground. Beautiful, nice and quiet, and the staff is very friendly.
Plus, the surrounding area is gorgeous, too.

We came over from the UK as a family of four with two teenage girls. We booked into one of the smaller cabins which was more than adequate for our needs. The park itself was extremely clean and quiet and being on the lake was beautiful all be it a bit chilly at this time of year. I would have liked the restaurant/ bar to have been open more often with a wider range of food available and perhaps a receptacle for the cabin for recyclable goods. Other than that we had a wonderful week and will more than likely return!

A beautiful setting for recreation, biking, and hiking.
Plenty to do in the area.
    Rented Velthorst for 4 people.
Had a wonderful and peaceful stay.
The chalet’s location was good and scenic.
During our stay (high season), it was an oasis of peace.
There isn’t much to do at the park itself in terms of activities, dining, or entertainment.
This makes the park particularly suitable for older adults or people who want to make full use of the outdoor beach or engage in water sports.

The park is beautiful—small and not crowded. The house looked exactly like it did in the pictures. Modern and pretty. Unfortunately, it was pretty dirty; there were dust bunnies in every room, and it wasn't clean either. On top of that, there was an ant infestation. Which was a shame.

Was schade war.

Overall, we were very satisfied. We stayed in a villa that slept 12 people. Upon arrival, it could have been a little cleaner—there was sand in the toilets. Still, the park and the surrounding area were beautiful. We’d love to come back.
