What a wonderful campground!
Our two girls, ages 4 and 5, are having a blast all day long! In the morning, the entertainment team picks them up at a quarter to 10 to dance and do crafts! (There are also all kinds of activities in the afternoon.) The entertainment team is incredibly fun and kind to the kids. The rest of the staff at the … campground is super friendly! They always ask if everything is to your liking and always give you a friendly wave goodbye.
They also maintain the grounds really well—it always looks immaculate.
The pool is wonderful and, above all, CLEAN. Even on the busiest days, the water stays clean!
The playgrounds (indoor and outdoor) are great for the kids!
There’s also a fishing pond (with apparently big carp)! The swimming lake is also large, with plenty of space for the kids to play in the water and sand!
The little shop isn’t big, but you can find everything you need there.
The private bathroom facilities are a huge plus. It’s not huge, but you have your own toilet, shower, and sink! Absolutely great!
In short, the kids never get bored here, and Mom and Dad can relax and take it easy too! So we’ll definitely be back next year!this is a translation, click here for the original
Wij komen dus zeker terug volgend jaar! -

A really nice family campground. There’s plenty for the kids to do, and there’s also a very enthusiastic entertainment team. The staff is friendly and takes the time to chat or crack a joke.
We had a great time and would love to come back next year.this is a translation, click here for the original
Hele leuke familie camping.

A nice campground with spacious sites.
It’s quiet enough in the evening and at night for the little ones to sleep, and there’s more than enough to do during the day.
The service was also top-notch; the radiator in our bathroom was overheating, and within 1.5 hours, it was repaired and the mess from the pressure relief valve was cleaned … up.
One area for improvement: we were parked in a very muddy spot. It’s such a shame because the rest of the field was green and had not been used during our stay.this is a translation, click here for the original

We had a wonderful vacation at Rammelbeek. Friendly and helpful people, clean facilities (the pool was neat, the restroom building was spotless). Our girls (ages 9 and 6) really enjoyed the entertainment. They hit it off great with the team and felt truly welcomed.
We thought the temperature of the indoor pool water was a real plus. A great, … well-organized, and clean pool. Very nice.
The swimming lake was also a great way to cool off when temperatures were higher.
One minor drawback, in our opinion, is that the children have to cross a public road to get to the swimming lake. It might be possible to create a safer situation here.
Ordering food at the Smulhoek and the snack bar is done via a screen. We understand that choice, but especially in the Smulhoek area (restaurant), we missed the personal touch.
All in all, we had a wonderful time at Camping de Rammelbeek.this is a translation, click here for the original

The campground itself was basically okay, but the entire facility is clearly showing its age. That alone wouldn’t have been a problem for us at all.
What really stood out to us in a negative way, however, was the cleanliness—especially in the indoor playground. There was dirt, trash, and packaging scattered around—there was even a soda can … among the balls. Overall, the area unfortunately looked very neglected. The pictures speak for themselves.
We were there from Friday to Sunday and didn’t notice any visible cleaning taking place during our stay, either in the indoor playground or in the swimming pool. Otherwise, we found the swimming pool itself to be perfectly fine.
At a price of 177 € for a campsite for a weekend in the off-season, after the school holidays were already over, we simply expect more. This isn’t at all about the fact that the facility is older, but rather about cleanliness and maintenance—especially in areas primarily used by children.
I also brought up the lack of cleanliness when checking out. The staff member was friendly, but seemed a bit overwhelmed by my feedback. Unfortunately, there was no real response or explanation regarding this.
After this weekend, it was clear to us that we won’t be coming back. It’s a shame, because the place definitely has potential. For us, however, the value for money just wasn’t right under these circumstances.this is a translation, click here for the original
