The Modus 6 really gives a sense of comfort and luxury during your vacation. This single-story chalet is detached and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The living room has stylish furnishings with a sitting area and television, a dining area and a modern kitchen including a fridge freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave and filter coffee maker. In total there are 2 separate bedrooms with double beds. In addition, there is another double bedstead.

    August 21, 2026. Do not book!!! If you could give 0 stars, I would have. We stayed in cottage 736. What a disappointment. It was dirty, and absolutely everything was sticky. A 6-person cottage, with one room having no window coverings (??). There were clothes racks in the bedrooms that were supposed to serve as closets. Just one hanger per rack (??). The mattresses felt like leaky air mattresses. Bloodstains on the mattresses and strange stains in the “washed” bedding. The vacuum cleaner smelled like maggots or a wet dog. Kitchen supplies were minimal and half-broken. Water pressure from the faucet and showers was almost completely gone. The upstairs toilet has lime scale dripping from it—really gross. The doors to the garden are broken, as is the front door; two facade bricks were missing, and there’s a dent in the downspout. The pool is as small as a postage stamp. The beach bar and restaurant close at 8:00 p.m. (??). The restaurant is on par with the cottage experience, so it’s not recommended either. The swimming pond is really just a pond. When it came to the quality of the cleaning after we reported the issue to the front desk, the response was that we should have reported it a day earlier because of the cleaning schedule (??). They asked if I could just send everything via WhatsApp or the web form (so what’s the point of the front desk??). By the way, the front desk closed as early as 4:00 p.m. (??). The park is run by kids aged 14 to 16, so yeah, what can you expect—they’re doing their best. Oh, and a gift certificate from the restaurant to compensate for this experience certainly won’t stop me from posting my review. We left (fled) two days early—what a mess, really terrible!!!

    21 augustus 2026. Niet boeken!!! Het is dat je geen 0 sterren kan geven anders had ik dat gedaan. Wij zaten in huis 736. Wat een deceptie. Het was er vies en werkelijk alles plakte. 6 persoonshuisje, waarvan 1 kamer geen raambekleding(??). Er stonden kledingrekken op de slaapkamers die als kast zouden moeten fungeren. Per kledingrek 1 hangertje(??). Matrassen lijken wel lekke luchtbedden. Bloedvlekken op de matrassen en rare vlekken in het "gewassen" beddengoed. Stofzuiger ruikt naar maden / natte hond. Keukenspullen minimaal en halfbalken spullen. Waterdruk kraan en douches bijna volldedig weg. Wc bovenverdieping kalkdruiper, echt goor. Deuren naar de tuin stuk evenals de voordeur, 2 gevelstenen ontbraken, deuk in de regenpijp. Zwembad zo klein als een postzegel. Beachbar en restaurant sluiten om 20.00 uur (??). Restaurant is in lijn met de huisjeservaring, dus ook geen aanrader. Zwemvijver is ook echt een vijver. Als het gaat om de de kwaliteit van schoonmaken na melding bij de receptie was het antwoord dat we dit beter een dag eerder hadden kunnen melden i.v.m. de schoonmaakdag (??). Of ik ff alles op whatsapp /webformulier wilde zetten (wat is dan de functie van receptie??). Overigens sloot de receptie al om 16.00 uur (??). Het park wordt gerund door kinderen van 14 tot 16 jaar, dus ja wat kun je hiervan verwachten, ze doen hun best. Owja, een tegoedbon van het restaurant ter compensatie van deze ervaring, weerhoudt mij natuurlijk niet van het geven van mijn review. We zijn 2 dagen eerder vertrokken (gevlucht), wat een bende, echt slecht!!!

    Beautiful location in the Achterhoek. Spacious grounds, but unfortunately no pool. Some of the houses could use a little love and maintenance, while others are almost like new. A wonderful place to unwind.
