    We stayed in Chalet 507.
    Check-in, etc., went smoothly. We were also allowed to park our car at the neighboring house (unoccupied), since the assigned parking spot only fits two cars if you don’t get in or out of the car.
    The house itself is nicely furnished, but:
    - The kitchen isn’t adequately equipped
    - The lights flicker
    - The … locks on the bathroom doors didn’t close properly or at all
    - The heating is controlled by a motion sensor, which means it gets freezing cold in the bedrooms at night
    - Dusty and lots of cobwebs
    - Despite the mosquito problem (it’s right by the water), there were no fly screens
    - No high chair or crib
    - Typically Dutch—very thin walls

    The park:
    - The playgrounds were great
    - The swimming pool was closed (no notice, no compensation)
    - The “tennis court” was a kids’ tennis court

    We won’t be coming back. For the price, it was actually rather disappointing.

    Wir waren im Chalet 507.
    Check in etc. war problemlos. Auch durften wir unser Auto beim Nachbarhaus (unbewohnt) parken, da der zugewiesene Parkplatz nur für zwei Autos funktioniert wenn man nicht mehr ein oder aussteigt.
    Das Haus ist an sich schön eingerichtet, aber:
    - Küche ist nicht ausreichend ausgestattet
    - Licht flackert
    - Schlösser an den Badezimmern haben schlecht oder gar nicht geschlossen
    - die Heizung funktioniert über einen Bewegungsmelder, was bedeutet dass es nachts eiskalt in den Schafzimmern wird
    - staubig und viele Spinnweben
    - trotz Mückenproblem (ist halt am Wasser) keine Fliegennetze
    - weder Hochstuhl noch Kinderbett
    - typisch niederländisch sehr hellhörig

    Der Park:
    - Spielplätze waren super
    - Schwimmbad war zu (keine Ankündigung, keine Entschädigung)
    - der „Tennisplatz“ war ein Kindertennisplatz

    Wir kommen nicht wieder. Für den Preis war es dann noch eher enttäuschend.

    We spent a long weekend here. The house by the river was very romantic and tastefully decorated. I thought the view was beautiful. The boys really liked the interactive sports field. On Saturday, we visited Zuphten; it was the weekly market, and we really enjoyed the old town.
