The service and check-in went quickly and smoothly. The cottage looks nice from the outside. The furnishings are very basic. Many items were not provided, and we were expected to bring them ourselves: hand soap, a bathroom towel, salt, pepper, oil, and a corkscrew. Furthermore, the cottages are close together, so there’s little privacy. If you stand on the street, you can see everyone sitting in the hot tubs. What I found most annoying was how hot it gets inside the cottage. There’s an air conditioner in the living room, but it doesn’t work very well. In the bedroom, the window could be opened, but there was no screen. It’s located on a beautiful little lake, but this means a lot of mosquitoes get inside. Unfortunately, this made for very restless nights.
You can take a nice walk in the area, and there are some nice amenities nearby.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the cottage.

Our 6-person cottage with a hot tub and sauna was great
. The furnishings were very good—the beds, in particular, were fantastic.
The staff was super friendly
. We were there on bikes and rode from there to Ootmarsum.
The bread roll delivery service was good, though we did miss having a small supermarket, since without a car you’re a bit far from everything.
We enjoyed the peace and quiet there and are curious to see how the vacation park will develop in the future.

We were given a new cottage. Because of that, there were a few minor things that weren’t quite finished yet. It didn’t bother us much; the issues we brought up were handled perfectly. The park itself was wonderfully peaceful; even though construction is still underway, it didn’t bother us at all. The staff at the park are nice, friendly, and helpful. One small thing: you can’t have dinner at the park.

We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely cottage—just the two of us and our dog. The cottage didn’t have a hot tub or sauna. The cottages might sometimes lack privacy, but ours was on the edge of the property, so we weren’t bothered by anything. We found the cottage plenty spacious, and it’s great for cooking. It stayed nice and cool thanks to the excellent air conditioning. Spotless! The surrounding area is truly beautiful for biking and hiking. A solid 10! By the way, we weren’t bothered by any construction work at all. The only downside was ordering bread: we thought 9:00 a.m. was too late for pickup. The quality wasn’t great either.

A gorgeous park in a very beautiful, peaceful setting. It’s wonderful to go cycling there.
Our cottage was perfect—it had everything we needed.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
