This contemporary chalet, suitable for 6 people, offers everything in extra large!

With large windows and sliding doors, a spacious double bed and a generous shower, comfort is guaranteed. The unique feature are the 3-meter wide sliding doors that involve the terrace in the living area and provide optimal light.

The 35 m² chalet has a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bedroom with a double bed and a single high sleeper, and a sofa bed in the living room. The spacious sitting area and fully equipped kitchen with dishes, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and stove complete the stay.

The bathroom has an XXL 100x180 shower and a separate toilet.

What you should know about the park

Welcome to Huttopia De Roos campsite, one of the oldest campsites in the Netherlands, located on the Vecht in Overijssel. Discover the beautiful natural landscape with characteristic dunes and trees such as blackthorn, hawthorn and ancient oaks. The campsite is a peaceful oasis where you can relax. In the large safari tent opposite the food truck is the meeting area, the place to socialize, play games, read or unwind.

    The pitches are beautifully situated. A fantastic site in the middle of nature, right by the river. If you opt for a pitch by the river, we would not choose pitch number 48 again, as it is on the one jetty that is busy all day. It is noisy and everyone walks across the pitch to get to the jetty. The communal areas for table tennis & games are very unkempt and should definitely be swept daily and the garbage collected. The washrooms/toilets also need to be cleaned much more tidily and more often. Cobwebs, mud on the floor, other people's hair, toilet paper is empty ... The small café on the complex is great, where fresh bread rolls are available in the morning. Thanks also to the fact that you can borrow balls and rackets free of charge from reception.

    Die Stellplätze sind sehr schön gelegen. Eine traumhafte Anlage in mitten der Natur, direkt am Fluss. Wenn man sich für einen Stellplatz am Fluss entscheidet, würden wir nicht wieder die Stellplatznummer 48 nehmen, da dieser an dem einen Steg ist, wo den ganzen Tag Betrieb ist. Es ist laut und alle laufen über den Stellplatz, um an den Steg zu kommen. Die Gemeinschaftsräume für Tischtennis & Spiele sind sehr ungepflegt und sollten unbedingt täglich gefegt und der Müll aufgesammelt werden. Auch die Waschräume/Toiletten müssen unbedingt viel ordentlicher und öfter gereinigt werden. Spinnweben, Matsch auf dem Boden, fremde Haare, Toilettenpapier ist leer … Toll ist das kleine Café auf der Anlage, wo es morgens frische Brötchen gibt. Danke auch, dass man Bälle & Schläger kostenlos an der Rezeption leihen kann.

    We are here now with the tent, camped along the waterfront. By now I have tried quite a few Dutch campsites. The Veluwe, Texel, Drenthe, together with my lovely wife and dog. I don't think I have ever plopped down on my camping chair in such a beautiful spot to open a cheap can of beer. Check that picture, that's my view. With a nice breeze, shade and a constant whistling concert of chaffinches, blackbirds and other birds, I am trying to decide whether to put on the earplugs for some music or grab the e-reader to continue reading my book. Beerzer Bulten may have more amenities for families with children, but for those who prefer nature and peace and quiet, this is actually much nicer. I see predominantly more older couples on these fields than families. I hope this may become a campground that I look forward to every year. (So this review focuses on camping at the campground, not any vacation rentals).

    We staan hier nu met de tent, gekampeerd langs de waterkant. Inmiddels heb ik best een paar Nederlandse campings geprobeerd. De Veluwe, Texel, Drenthe, samen met mn lieve vrouw en hondje. Ik denk niet dat ik ooit op zon mooie plek op mn kampeer stoeltje ben neergeploft om een goedkoop blikje bier open te trekken. Check die foto, dat is mijn uitzicht. Met een lekker briesje wind, schaduw en een voortdurend fluitconcert van vinkjes, zwartkopjes en andere vogels probeer ik te beslissen of ik de oordopjes opzet voor wat muziek, of de e-reader pak om mijn boek verder te lezen. Beerzer Bulten heeft wellicht meer voorzieningen voor gezinnen met kinderen, maar voor de mensen die liever natuur en rust zoeken is dit juist veel mooier. Ik zie overwegend meer oudere stellen op deze velden staan dan gezinnen. Ik hoop dat dit een camping mag worden waar ik jaarlijks weer naar uit mag zien. (Deze review richt zich dus op het kamperen op het kampeerterrein, niet eventuele vakantiehuisjes).

    Between Ascension and Pentecost weekends so nice and quiet. Many beautiful places to choose from; I chose the old branch of the Vecht. You can almost only hear lots of birds. Excellent price, friendly staff and sanitary facilities were clean. Just a pity that you can only shower for 5 min. After a day of cycling/hiking that countdown to 0 does not really provide comfort.

    Tussen Hemelvaart- en Pinksterweekend in dus heerlijk rustig. Veel mooie plekken om uit te kiezen; ik koos voor aan de oude tak van de Vecht. Je hoort bijna alleen maar heel veel vogels. Prima geprijsd, vriendelijk personeel en sanitair was netjes. Alleen jammer dat je maar 5 min kan douchen. Na een dag fietsen/wandelen zorgt dat aftellen naar 0 niet echt voor comfort.
