Upon entering, you walk past the compact kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee maker, combination microwave oven and fridge. Following this, you enter the bright living room with French doors to the terrace and garden. This park is beautifully located by the water with its own marina, ideal for anglers and water sports enthusiasts, but faces considerable challenges. The location directly next to the A16 motorway causes constant traffic noise that many guests find disturbing. Guests appreciate the friendly staff at reception and the central location for trips to Dordrecht and Rotterdam. However, cleanliness and maintenance fall seriously short: many chalets are dirty upon arrival, with dust, mould, dirty dishes and poorly functioning appliances. The facilities provision is disappointing, with the restaurant, snack bar and shop regularly closed, even during high season. The swimming pool is described as small and insufficiently clean, and the play facilities are outdated and poorly maintained.

    We had cottage 316; the exterior of the cottage was nice, but there was a hole in the deck by the water.
    The bedroom inside was dirty—there was still a Twix wrapper left behind by one of the previous guests—there was a lot of dust in the living room, and there were potato chips in the couch, also left by a previous guest. In the kitchen, there … was a lot of dirty cutlery and glassware, and the faucet was also quite loose. In the bathroom, the mirror had smudges, and in the cabinet there was toothpaste—and yes, that was also left by a previous guest.
