    Beautiful campsite to enjoy the tulips, Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leiden. The campsite closes early on Saturday evening (5pm). We wanted 2 Mobil homes next to each other and our Mobil homes were opposite. Supposedly, there was no possibility of changing even though the campsite was not fully booked.

    Très beau camping pour profiter des tulipes, Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leiden. Le camping ferme tôt le samedi soir (17h). Nous voulions 2 Mobil home à côté et nos Mobil home étaient à l'opposé. Soit disant, pas de possibilité de changer alors que le camping n'était pas complet.

    Great location, close to the beach. The bungalow was perfect for our stay with a dog. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Europarcs once and never again. We paid a lot of money for nothing. On arrival we had ants in the kitchen. All the floors in the accommodation were totally dirty, kind of greasy. We traveled with a baby of crawling age, which was really great! The kitchen cupboards were dirty, as were the glasses. The bathroom was not good at all, just disgusting. The shower tray looked totally yellow. This was probably because it was totally scratched. The shower hose was black. Some of the tiles were dirty. Something was still dried on the dining table. The coffee machine and toaster were a disaster, the microwave stank of sausage. There were food scraps and hair in the sofa seats, the armchairs were very dirty. There was garbage under the TV cabinet. All the skirting boards were dirty. Overall this mobile home was very run down and dirty. I couldn't photograph everything as some things, like the floors, were only visible in the light. The shower also looks much better in the pictures than in real life. Reception made a note of things and that was it. Once and never again!

    Einmal Europarcs und nie wieder. Wir haben viel Geld für nichts bezahlt. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir Ameisen in der Küche. Alle Böden in der Unterkunft waren total schmutzig, irgendwie schmierig. Wir sind mit einem Baby im Krabbelalter angereist, das war richtig super! Die Küchenschränke waren schmutzig, ebenfalls die Gläser. Das Badezimmer ging gar nicht, einfach nur ekelhaft. Die Duschwanne sah total gelb aus. Das lag wahrscheinlich daran, dass sie total verkratzt war. Der Duschschlauch war schwarz. Die Fliesen teilweise dreckig. Auf dem Esstisch war noch irgendwas angetrocknet. Die Kaffeemaschine und der Toaster waren eine Katastrophe, die Mikrowelle hat nach Bockwurst gestunken. In den Sofaritzen waren Essensreste und Haare, die Sessel waren sehr schmutzig. Unterm Fernsehschrank lag Müll. Alles Fußleisten waren dreckig. Insgesamt war dieses Mobilheim sehr abgewohnt und schmutzig. Ich könnte nicht alles fotografieren, da manches, wie die Böden, nur im Licht sichtbar waren. Auch die Dusche sieht auf den Bildern deutlich besser aus, als in echt. Die Rezeption hat sich die Sachen notiert, und das war’s. Einmal und nie wieder!

    Service and staff were poor. We booked 2 apartments and got them at the other end of the resort. Location is very nice, unfortunately the rooms are dirty and unkempt.

    Service und Angestellte mangelhaft. Wir haben 2 Appartements gebucht und diese jeweils am anderen Ende des Resorts bekommen. Lage ist sehr schön, leider sind die Zimmer schmutzig und ungepflegt.
