We spent 7 nights in the L-Cube and there were four of us - definitely enough space for a family, as the house is actually designed for 6 people. We really appreciated the size and layout. The cleanliness was okay overall, as long as you don't look too closely. One clear point of criticism: the toilet brush was in an unhygienic condition and the toilet room smelled correspondingly unpleasant - this should be urgently improved. The park itself is very spacious and offers a varied mix of bungalows, tiny houses and even glamping options. Although the swimming pool is small, it is well equipped with a slide and baby area. Snack bar, restaurant and a small store at the reception complete the offer. We were a little disappointed with the information management on site: the QR code in the welcome letter only led to the normal booking page - not very helpful. There was more information on the reception wall, but sometimes without a QR code or with expired links. Better presentation would be desirable here. We were also surprised by the bike rental: A "daily rental" does not correspond to 24 hours, but is based on the opening hours of the reception - on Sunday only until 16:00. This should be communicated more transparently. The location of the resort, on the other hand, is a real plus: we went on wonderful bike tours to Utrecht and traveled easily by car and train to Amsterdam and even to the Efteling. The resort is a really good starting point for the region. Conclusion: A pleasant stay with a nice ambience and good location, but with noticeable weaknesses in hygiene and guest information. With a little more attention to detail, it would easily be worth 5 stars.

A very dirty place at a very high price. Parking only for one car although we were two different families that arrived from far away.

Cottage was tawdry, shower head full of lime. Tableware was actually all dirty, woman in snack bar grumpy. Pool closes as early as 6pm on Easter weekend. Reception closed very early. After dinner we wanted to get an ice cream at the snack bar. One meter before we wanted to walk in, an employee quickly locked the door and pretended not to see us. All in all fine for a one time visit, but next time we will not come back here.

Huisje was smoezig, douchekop vol kalk.
