    Great beautiful luxury hotel with nice breakfast buffet and near Tholen where you can eat good food definitely recommended! Also used the welness fine sauna and pool. Our only downside was that we had a room with hot tub but it was not so clean. But that did not affect our stay

    Just hear me n story from my friend :( Expensive and ordered 2x what wasn't even there for the menu...Then after 1hour they are looked outside And they had to drink the bottle of wine that wasn't finished yet outside..100euros lighter in.1 hour time.... This evening was different and we will definitely not be coming there again in the near future. The staff asked only once in three hours what we wanted to drink. When paying, we also had to wait an enormously long time. We had a dog with us who unfortunately was not allowed inside, for which all understanding. Where could we take a seat?     Toen Waterrijk net geopend was, enkele keren gegeten en goed geborreld. Met professionele service en aandacht voor de klant. Dat was deze avond wel anders en we komen er de komende tijd zeker niet meer. Het personeel heeft in drie uur tijd slechts één keer gevraagd wat we wilden drinken. Andere bestelling moesten we zelf om seinen. Om vervolgens enorm lang te wachten. De banken waren niet meer schoon, de glans was er vanaf. Toiletten onbehoorlijk. Bij betaling moesten we ook enorm lang wachten. We hadden een hondje bij die helaas niet naar binnen mocht, waarvoor alle begrip. Waar we dan wel plaats mochten nemen? “Ja, uh, ergens buiten ofzo.” Zonder heater, ijzige wind, geen verlichting. En dit werd bot en bits medegedeeld door de vaste serveerster, absoluut geen stagiaire. Als je wijnen per glas van rond de negen euro durft te serveren, biedt dan ook kwalitatief hoge service. Een betreurenswaardige ervaring voor een avondje proosten op een verjaardag. We komen er niet meer!
