My wife and I had an amazing stay there two months ago. Nearly everything was perfect and we will certainly return someday. The restaurant is unbelievably located and the food and service are top notch, especially from the beautiful Alessia. We had a great time speaking with Belinda in reception every day and she is such a special person. I would return simply to see her again! - Mark & Magdalena

Great place with super sanitary facilities.

Amazing campsite near the sea!

Very good location. Great entertainment. However, I'll never set foot there again. Cleanliness needs to be reviewed, both in the tent and the prison-style rusty iron beds. Swimming pool with dirt all around (photos taken as proof), restaurant only open at 4pm. Campsite not maintained at all. Heard a cleaning lady make some worrying comments: "the technician (boyfriend of the manager) is stressing about the pool because nothing is automated, everything is fiddly". That's reassuring! Fortunately, Kinga, the young hostess, and Lolita and Naya at reception were pros. The crêpier and his wife were great too. As for the rest, this campsite deserves a good facelift and a good clean, Madame Director! And for pedestrians like us, there's no shuttle, no bus, to find a supermarket. The campsite grocery store is poor and very expensive. Our vacation budget has doubled, and we're forced to eat out every night (one meal a day). This campsite doesn't deserve 3 stars!

Large camping village well connected to Portoferraio. The beach unfortunately is not the best and is quite inconvenient to reach, especially for those with strollers or elderly people (the campground is not absolutely "on the sea" as stated on the site) but there is a well-stocked bar and fair prices. Wonderful entertainment groups, they are all very friendly and easygoing. Negative notes: there is no emergency number, on days when it rained we were 12 hours without power and had to go to the restaurant at 11 pm to ask who we could contact as neither at the front desk nor when checking in we were given a number for any emergencies (which in fact does not exist). Arrogant manager to say the least, all the rest of the staff we met were really very nice and always ready to help us. Special mention for Nunzio the shuttle entertainer and the Moor, numbers one both!

Pleasant spot The cleaning of the sanitary structure near the lakes needs to be reviewed, as it is very difficult to plant the sardines for the tents. Avoid having the entertainers play with the golfette after 11 p.m. Not very pleasant when sleeping in a tent

We have been coming here for 11 years and we will keep coming back as long as we can. They have improved the bungalows, the friendliness of the workers remains the same. On the downside, the bakery, they have changed supplier it seems and the bread is not the same. An important detail, improve customer service, and not the workers but the management, in the decisions they make with their customers are sometimes unfortunate.

We were in August and everything was great, the apartment, the food, the service, everything .... except one detail that should be taken into account. I counted about 30-odd hammocks insufficient as there were people lying on the floor, and the floor in this wecamp is not grass ... for that amount of hammocks 7 umbrellas, people even fought for shade ... I think this issue should be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you!

I've already been to this campsite several times. ( motorcycle roadtrip and weekend ) It's changed a lot... but it's still a pleasure to come. The sanitary facilities are practically new, and a good size. Not too bad for children, even if I don't have any. The tent pitches are well-maintained and spacious. The river along the campsite is a great plus!

Very pleasant campsite with friendly people. Due to no coverage, the owner was called at night by my family and they woke us up and were very patient. The campsite itself is also pleasant and beautiful. Water provided at every spot and electricity. We were with the campervan and we just had a spot with light pole in the middle so was a bit of maneuvering. Mssn this place better keep for tents. Plumbing was clean during our visit. I suppose the bad reviews have to make´ with which fellow campers you are. Only thing I missed was a soap pump at the sinks. I don´t mind carrying my own poopy paper to the toilet. I only missed more washing-up places because 1 is not enough in the summer period. We were rather at the back and were not bothered by the train. We were also tired of all the walking in this beautiful area On the other side of the campsite there is a lot of grass and trees where you can relax and cool off in the Ourthe. And indeed no internet and almost no coverage but we never mourn on that we are also left alone. Evening just a drink on the terrace at the entrance and while checking the home front was enough for us. We go back anyway!

A wonderful campsite with pitches and vacation homes for every taste. Well organized and very friendly staff. The only drawback is the small dog beach. But there are options in the immediate vicinity. Direct bus connection to Pula in front of the campsite and shopping facilities on site. Shopping facilities are available on the campsite, as is an excellent restaurant. We would love to come back!
