Very disappointed. I had booked a pitch with sanitary facilities for a week in August. As soon as I arrived, I had to leave due to the death of my father. I only stayed one night and returned the keys. Given the exceptional nature of the situation, I asked for a commercial gesture. Unfortunately, the answer was negative. I don't think that's very humane, the pitch cost me over 1000 euros and the taxes were paid for a week and 4 people. As far as the taxes are concerned, I don't think it's legal. As for the rest, I think it's pretty average considering that the pitch had to be rented again immediately. 1000 euros for one night is a bit steep after all.... Very disappointed with the human side of the situation.

Super facility, except for slight cleaning deficits in the rented property and an already blocked drive-through map, whereby the employee was very eager and then also helped immediately, everything was great. We would love to come back.

Beautiful campground with all amenities available. Plumbing neat and clean. Lovely swimming pool. We stayed there for 2 nights and were very satisfied. Ideal to visit the old settlement of San Marino. You can do this from the campground by bus.

It is the second time we go, this time we have been 7 days, in a bungalow of the "old" that for me are better than the new ones. And like the other time we have been very comfortable, my son is to enter the campsite and we do not see the hair, that if the animation is quite fair for the day if not nonexistent. We did several activities on the lake (kayaking, boating) and the guy is majisimo. We arrived quite early and the girl at the reception checked that the bungalow was not done but told the cleaning girls to do it the first that we had a baby, is to thank, the cleaning girls are also a love. The barbecue area is very nice. The baby pool had a strange smell / taste the children said it stung, to which we asked and we were told that it is a salt pool and also throw chlorine because the salt does not reach. The campsite is generally well kept and fairly clean. The only thing the coverage and WiFi, no coverage that we already counted on it and WiFi every 2x3 was going and you were left without Internet half the day. We will be back😉

What a wonderful and cozy campground. Lots to do for both children and adults in a very relaxed atmosphere. Delicious food!

Enjoyed a week by the lakes with the family. Stayed on the large tent with bathroom. Was clean and well equipped. The central lodge was a bit small (especially when it rained) but well equipped.

We spent a week at Camp Rosselba and were completely satisfied! The facility is surrounded by greenery and offers a spectacular view of the sea, creating an atmosphere of total relaxation. We stayed in the Glamping tent and it was a fantastic experience, to be repeated! Clean and complete with every comfort. The Just Friends entertainment team was fantastic: always helpful, engaging and ready to organize activities for everyone from toddlers to adults without ever being intrusive. The children had so much fun, making it hard for us to take them out of the Village to visit Elba. Thanks also to the Director of the facility very kind, helpful and prepared to dispense advice on the various places to visit on the Island. A truly complete facility to meet every need.

We arrived on Friday at noon....we were immediately disappointed. We came especially for the swimming pool....we were told that it was closed the next day and would only be open for a short time today 😒....our pitch was right next to a construction site with a view of a construction trailer. The sanitary facilities are okay so far but they were not clean during our stay. We didn't like it at all for the price 😒.....We won't be back. Oh yes ....uns was informed directly at the reception by a fellow camper that 2 bicycles were stolen from her pitch at night 😠.... it was her first day of vacation.

We didn't need to book in advance, but the staff were always ready to listen to us. The campsite is very well maintained, and the sanitary facilities are very clean - well done! Very quiet, with a magnificent beach just a stone's throw away. Everything you need for a perfect stay. We'll be back and recommend this place.
