The park is situated on the beautiful Mar de Aragón and is valued for its peaceful location and friendly staff. Guests praise the spacious, clean bungalows and the variety of activities such as fishing, boating and swimming. The wifi connection is weak and there is hardly any mobile coverage, leaving guests regularly without internet. The swimming pool also needs attention: there is no lifeguard, it can be crowded and cleanliness could be improved.

I'll definitely be back—the scenery was wonderful. We took a ride on the boat they had for rent and loved it. The staff was very attentive to us and our kids. Highly recommended for families and couples.

The campground is great, and the service at the front desk and bar is wonderful. The burgers are great value for the price. Grocery prices are reasonable; the town of Caspe is a 14-minute drive away if you want a wider variety of products and better prices. There’s a swimming area at the reservoir suitable for all ages. All in all, it’s pretty good value for the price.

⭐ 1 star – Accident with a board in poor condition and no response from the campground

My experience renting a stand-up paddleboard at this campground was truly disappointing.

Last month I rented a rigid stand-up paddleboard. Even before getting into the water, I had to help the rental attendant carry it down to the river because it felt excessively heavy. I mentioned this to him at the time, but he didn’t seem to think it was a big deal.

Once in the water, the board was very unstable. At first, I thought it might be due to my lack of experience, but after about half an hour, I lost my balance and the board sank. As I fell, I had the misfortune of hitting my chest against the edge of the board.

The impact caused me significant pain, and I was later treated at the hospital, where I was diagnosed with a broken rib.

When I returned the board, I explained to the manager what had happened. That’s when he checked the board himself: when he removed the drain plug, a considerable amount of water began to pour out from inside. The employee himself acknowledged at that moment that this was not normal.

It was then that I realized the excessive weight and the extreme instability I had noticed while in the water were not simply the result of my lack of experience, but rather that the board had a problem that should have been detected before it was rented out.

I consider this particularly serious because we’re talking about equipment used in a water activity, where the condition and safety of the gear should be a priority.

After the accident, I sent two emails to the campground explaining in detail what had happened and even attached the medical report from the hospital confirming the injury. To this day, I have not received any response.

I find this lack of responsibility and customer service absolutely unacceptable. I did not expect them to ignore a situation in which a customer suffered an injury and provided medical documentation, especially after the manager himself verified that the board contained an abnormal amount of water.

I am posting this review because I believe it is important for other customers to know what happened and because I hope the campground will seriously review the maintenance and inspection of the equipment it rents out and, above all, the way it handles accidents and customer complaints.

A very negative experience, both due to the condition of the equipment and the complete lack of response following an accident that resulted in an injury. I cannot recommend this service.

A día de hoy, no he recibido ninguna respuesta.

No Wi-Fi in the bungalow, a very small and dirty pool, staff nowhere to be found, people shouting and loud music late at night with no one to put a stop to it, bags of dirty laundry at the bungalow entrance upon arrival, 24 hours later they were still there, and if we hadn’t complained, they’d still be there. On the plus side, the location is nice; people told us it used to be much better a few years ago. We’ll look into other options in the area for next time.
