(and again, that's because we had hot water in the showers) From the moment you step in, you can tell that the manager doesn't have a great passion for young people (as if he prefers senior discount cards to student cards). We were given a pitch which was a cleverly designed slope to test the sturdiness of your tent pegs and the balance of your air mattress. In terms of privacy, it was PERFECT for merging with our neighbors (as if the site had been designed as a forced roommate). The icing on the cake: the manager warned us - and I quote - "be careful, don't make any noise, you're sleeping next to other tents". Thanks for the info, we hadn't noticed the tents two meters away. Translation: we didn't come here to live, just to breathe in silence. He even offered to "arrange" us by changing pitch... but of course, it was "full" (a strange coincidence, given the number of beautiful pitches that remained mysteriously empty all week). In short: if you're 80 years old, love evenings in bed at 8.30pm and dream of a sloping site worthy of a ski slope, go for it! If you're young... don't bother. 👉 On the plus side (let's be honest): clean showers and hot water. But then, you don't book a campsite just for that.

- The manager's welcome? We had the impression of being one too many. - Location? A grassy black ski slope. - Privacy? No need, we live right next door. - Atmosphere? "From 8pm onwards, even breathing hard seems suspicious. - Full" excuse? Lies, empty spaces all week long. - Target audience? The 80+, or followers of the vow of silence. 👉 The only luxury: hot water in the showers (and even then, you had to find something positive).

The Huttopia La Plage Blanche campsite benefits from a magnificent setting along the Loue river, which provides a pleasant coolness in summer. The accommodation we had (Arizona tent) was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. There's enough space between pitches to maintain a minimum of privacy, and the technical team in charge of repairs was responsive and friendly. On the other hand, a number of aspects detract from the experience: - The reception is provided by students, who are often unprofessional, ill-informed about the region and sometimes bordering on polite. - The restaurant, also run by them, quickly shows its limitations: as soon as it gets a little crowded, service becomes disorganized and chaotic. - As far as traffic is concerned, although there is a parking lot at the entrance to the campsite, its use is not compulsory: everyone is free to drive around the campsite, which creates an incessant ballet of vehicles and is detrimental to peace and safety. This is an obstacle to letting children make their own life on the campsite. - Finally, the communal area is vastly undersized, with only a dozen tables on the terrace for over a hundred pitches, which is not enough to create a real convivial atmosphere. In short, a superb site and quality accommodation, but perfectible management and a lack of professionalism that prevent us from taking full advantage of this campsite's potential.

An ideal location for exploring the Puy de Dôme. A pleasant natural setting. A large campsite, but the rentals and pitches are well laid out and oriented so you don't feel you're on top of each other.

We stayed here with our family and unfortunately had a rather disappointing experience. ->Indoor playground -Significant safety risks for children -Very dirty and poorly maintained -Looks and feels like an unfinished construction site -No changing facilities for babies -Toilets without soap or paper towels -Not suitable at all for toddlers under 2 years ->Swimming pool -Small, but okay for about two hours of use ->Accommodation (house for 8 people) -Not cleaned properly, overall dirty impression Overall, the place has potential, but cleanliness, safety, and basic facilities urgently need improvement.

We stayed for 3 nights with the motorhome and were very satisfied with everything. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The park was clean the showers were very clean and also the pool was great, all in all everything was very nice. Many thanks

It was our first time at a campsite of this size and our opinion is divided. For people who are looking for a club atmosphere, lots of restaurants and lots of options for children, it may be the right place. However, it no longer has much to do with camping in nature. There are lots of people on the campsite at all times. This means that the sanitary blocks reach their limits. Although the friendly cleaning staff are cleaning almost around the clock. There is a lot of traffic on the site - cars, scooters, scooters, bicycles. The aqua park is actually permanently overcrowded. The often overpriced prices are also negative (e.g. Kaiser rolls €1.45). Positive aspects are the quick access to the water and the very friendly staff. Many pitches in the shade under trees or in the front row are also very nice. Conclusion: We won't be coming back because camping has to be different for us. Our child, on the other hand, had a lot of fun and enjoyed the hustle and bustle and the possibilities.

I stayed overnight in the comfort room from Monday to Wednesday. The room was pleasant and clean. The staff is pleasant to deal with. I did not use any other facilities but mainly went for walks. The park sits on the Veluwe so you can hike different trails from the park.

I can't understand the bad reviews 😲 This was our fifth time on the site with our four children and our caravan. Sanitary facilities super clean. Were checked and cleaned twice a day The site is super spacious, the snack bar is delicious, the indoor playground is brilliant, the swimming pool is small but nice, the playground is very spacious and partly new. The fire department was there one evening. With blue lights and sirens, they draped their hoses and gave the children and adults an incredibly cool cool-down. Absolutely brilliant 🔥 For the first time, we went to MuziekBingo and karaoke with the children in the evening. It was so wonderfully warm ☀️❤️ Such great 'saloon' owners, so much friendliness, warmth and a great atmosphere for everyone involved every evening ❤️❤️🎳 The jetty was great for dipping your feet in the water, the lake was amazing, the outdoor pool was great for cooling off. We all had incredible fun 😊 Everything was explained to us in a friendly and helpful manner at reception at all times It wasn't the last time here in terwolde 🍀🍀
