We made the reservation through the website and it turns out that when we arrived neither the caravan nor the car was included. Electricity is not included but until you get to reception you don't know how much you are going to pay. The total cost for a family of 4 with electricity was 72€/night, when on the website it was 54€/night. There are no limited plots. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is not enough for all the people who are staying at the campsite. The pool area is not well maintained, there is no grass around, there is only dirt. Expensive for the services and condition of the campsite. Yes, the staff very nice and no complaints about them, all doubts were solved quickly and well.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful. Thank you. Ps. If there was cooking facility we, travelling with tents could make less package, and would cook and spend less in restaurants. 😁

Excellent stay in tent. Clean toilets. Top staff and entertainment team. Neighbors not always respectful, but that's not the campsite's fault.

Magnificent site! Very relaxing, offering a great family experience. We spent a night in the Design Lodge. Everything you need for a great time: view, pool, Spa and attentive service. A few points to improve the experience: - have real crockery for dinner and especially for breakfast (coffee and chocolate in a cardboard glass is average) - review your pain au chocolat supplier .... - we need a Clim on the night side. ( these points did not affect our stay )

It is a very beautiful park. Beautiful in the countryside. Very family friendly. We had a very nice vacation as a family and are looking forward to the next ☺️

A spacious campsite really nestled in greenery and silence near the river and with delightful walks around. Only the bathrooms were a bit dated. The large communal pool is included in the campground price and is adjacent.

I recently made a reservation at Marina Parks Bloemendaal, which required me to provide my license plate number and payment in advance. Unfortunately, my experience upon arrival and during the stay was disappointing on several levels. Upon arrival, the barrier did not appear to open, despite the fact that my license plate number had been provided in advance. At reception, five people were crammed into a small cubicle, which made it seem chaotic. When I was finally helped, I was told that I had not yet been checked in, which was strange given the earlier communication and payment. Furthermore, the condition of the park was severely disappointing. The grounds looked outdated and untidy, with vacant, dilapidated caravans, party tents and all sorts of junk scattered around the grounds. This does not at all match the images and impressions displayed on your website - which I find misleading. At the site where we stayed there was no trash to be found, except behind the reception desk. There was also no sandwich service offered in the morning, as is often common at campsites of this type. When we left briefly in the evening to do some shopping, on our return the barrier again did not work. Only after phone contact and calling a staff member was it able to be opened manually. All in all, our experience was anything but relaxing and does not meet the expectations as stated on the site!

Luxembourg is a wonderful vacation country. It is well organized, clean, people are friendly, you have everything you need and public transportation is good and free. All this applies to this campsite in general as well. Clean, tight, well organized! The reception is open a lot and people are helpful. You can order rolls every day for the next day. There are some basic groceries for sale. The pitches are very clean and spacious enough. Almost all have water points, electricity and drainage. Up to 5kw of electricity per day is free. There is catering, but it is very understaffed. On busy days they can't really handle it. The toilet blocks are very clean. I am a little less pleased with the showers. There are too few of them. The showers at the reception are outdated. Little water comes out and the temperature is hard to control. The showers in the middle of the campsite are lovely, but there are only 4 of them (separated by the glass wall that doesn't see through, but still feels uncomfortable). Moreover, at 2 of them you can't even change in a stall. On busy days, they are far too few showers. Don't go here if you want a lively, busy campground with lots of entertainment. There isn't. The average age is relatively high. There is no entertainment for children. Only a limited playground. Great environment for nature, hiking and other sports. Supermarkets and other stores are within walking distance. The pictures in the area are somewhat boring. The campground is located on a river where you can lie in for a while on hot days. It is shallow though and the bottom is stony. Really a campsite where you can completely relax, but entertainment you must find yourself.

The pool is too small for the size of the campsite, and the depth is not progressive. But the most annoying thing is the excess chlorine, which damages hair and bleaches bathing suits in a week! Lack of a small grocery store.
