Camping caravanning and motorhoming plus lodges

We spent 6 days at this campground in mid-August. Staff was very friendly, we felt welcome. Sites were spacious enough and had a nice variety of sunny and shady spots. Power on the spot. Connection piece for electricity can be borrowed from the campsite. The plumbing looked well cared for and seemed to be cleaned regularly. The showers were still hot even at the end of the evening. The only thing to note about the plumbing is that the showers could use some re-glazing. I am of the opinion if that is the worst thing about the plumbing, then things are in order. For the rest, there are very nice trampolines, allowing even a responsible adult to get on. The pool is small, but nice and cool. Because of the shape, you cannot swim laps when there are children in the pool. Price/quality ratio is just right.

A really nice pitch. Check-in was super easy, everything by e-mail. It was a shame that the WoMo pitch was so far away from the actual campsite, you felt a bit excluded! Nevertheless, the sanitary building was super clean, although in our opinion (as it was unisex) one or two more showers and toilets wouldn't have gone amiss! The path to the beach is easily accessible by bike. It's very quiet at night and the place isn't very special, but it's cute.

Everything was perfect but we were very hot, there should be another way to keep the glamping cool, there was only one fan, otherwise everything was perfect!

Great campsite for families, ideally located on the banks of the Dordogne, we had an excellent stay, but this year we were disappointed with the restaurant, with a menu and service that were really unprofessional. Last year it was a real pleasure to be able to eat and have a drink on the terrace, but this year we were disappointed with the restaurant, but the campsite is really great for a good vacation.

Hotel jsem si rezervoval a na hotel se tesil. Na ceste z Ceska nam pul hodiny pred dojezden na hotel nam volali, ze se neco nepovedlo a nemohou nas ubytovat. Po 11 hodinach cesty nam toto rekli i kdyz jsme mohli byt na ubytovani jiz od 15.00 ( volali nam v 18.00 ) proste jim nekdo prijel na delsi pobyt a nam jednu noc zrusili. Je to nehorazny pristup. rezervaci jsem si potvrdil. DEJTE SI NA PRISTUP HOTELU POZOR !

I do not recommend it, especially in the August holiday period. Despite the reservation we were given a choice of three pitches, one did not fit the camper and was on a slope and in the street, one was in the center between some tents, and the last one was already occupied, the pitches were narrow and randomly divided, the numbers could not be found, and it took us a long time to figure it out, even asking people already lurking there, because the camping staff gave us the camping plan and told us to even go in with the camper to look for the place, despite the myriad of people cars scooters scooters running around. We left.

As soon as we arrived, we put our luggage down and came back in the evening: surprise! A dirty mobile home, dust, spider webs (including the beast), dubious marks on the toilet bowl, hair on the bed, bonus hairbrush under the bed, unfinished tiles, barbecue worthy of a kitchen nightmare given the state... No more hot water in the second shower for a 6-seater. Ultimate luxury. The next day at reception, I explained the situation... Verdict: a "sorry", even though I'd been to reception 2 times. No mini gesture, not even a free 2-balls mini-golf (literally), nor cleaning at the exit of included. It's cleanup on arrival (reception was closed, so we did it ourselves) and cleanup on departure, and if you're not happy, it's simple... too bad! In terms of entertainment, modernity is the order of the day: for the program, no paper, a QR code, but spoiler alert: no network in the campsite. So no information, no schedule. We did, however, have the pleasure of stumbling across the Aquazumba... well, let's say an aquatic mime version: no microphone, nothing to hear, just 2 animators gesticulating in the distance where you have to try to guess the steps to keep up. In the evening? A beautiful brand-new stage available... but no, we prefer the DJ atmosphere in the dark on a tennis court... with a cart as a bar...? A bold concept. When you've got a real bar and a great stage at the reception desk, why use it? To sum up: a campsite that has everything going for it, a "nature" concept where even the inside of the mobile home respects the theme, including its biodiversity. If you're dreaming of paying to clean, network and guess the entertainment, this is the place for you.

A nightmare. Last year we were with a camper and the experience was positive. This is why we decided to come back. We booked a mobile home expressly asking for the area where we would like to stay and calling several times (as often nobody answers). We arrived after 4 hours of travel and after having paid (here they are very fast), 750€ for 3 nights, they gave us the keys indicating on the map where the mobile home is. I told him that it is not the area we had asked for, that they are sorry but they are full. So in order not to have problems of any kind, I ask for the money back to go to another place. The guy was already processing the refund when a somewhat upset and nervous lady (both with him and with other customers who were asking for information and others complaining about the conditions of their plot) tells him to call management. The manager came out and told us that the money could not be refunded, that they could not guarantee anything and that he did not care about anything else. Zero empathy, zero professionalism and zero seriousness. We tried to make an effort and go to see the mobile home they had given us. There was no parking, the campsite is neglected, overgrown and the mobile home area was dirty, left. It was 50 degrees in the mobile home and it did not shine neither for its cleanliness nor for its location. After 5 minutes, we decided to leave the campsite. There is no control of entrances and exits, the barrier is open and we did not see anything safe for children. The restaurant is only open in the evenings with a pizza menu and I think it closes on Tuesday. I return the keys, the manager didn't care at all (you can tell they are used to this from the other reviews) and we leave. The whole family preferred to drive another four hours than to stay in that "campsite". Camping absolutely not recommended, there are much better campsites in the area with much friendlier staff, cleaner and better organized.
