Friends of camping carists, here's a superbly located campsite on the Brive-la-Gaillarde-Millau axis. Perfect welcome, impeccable sanitary facilities, fun theme evenings. The owners are young people who want to be known. I've found the place to stay when I'm in the area. Change nothing, everything's fine.

Small cozy family campground. Fun for small children

Excellent stay in a particularly well-kept and friendly setting. The chalets are well appointed and comfortable, the campsite magnificent, and the welcome and service impeccable. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness and professionalism!

Unfortunately an African evening was organized during our stay, the whole afternoon, evening until after 10 pm there was continuous drumming 😬!!!! Just super loud and annoying! If we had known this beforehand, we wouldn't have come! Otherwise nice place, with clean sanitary facilities, large motorhome pitches with solid ground, but still lots of green!

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff is welcoming. The on-site snack bar is very good and the people very pleasant. Thank you for these few days spent in your campsite.

For a 3-star campground, I expect more, like better cleaning and better set-up sites. The creek is idyllic, the staff is friendly and it certainly has something charming, but then when you're showering under 20 crotch spiders at night, you wonder when this place was cleaned

We came to celebrate a birthday and relax in nature, and we left restless and sleep-deprived. The bar across from the hostel was partying until 4:30/5 AM; they were so obnoxiously loud on a Wednesday! And lots of traffic noise by the road early in the morning. On a positive note, the staff was amazing, and breakfast was delicious! The restrooms were very clean, and the hostel was 15 min walking close to the beach and nearby restaurants.

Tent pitch without electricity tip top, spacious, clean sanitary block with freezer, washing machine, breakfast formula hot drink 1/2 baguette butter jam 6€, possibility of ordering extra pastries the day before 7pm! Convenience products on sale at reception, just to tide you over. Heated swimming pool, cocooning living area with table soccer, tennis, boules, shuffleboard, power 4 molky, giant corn hole. 15-minute walk to Coco Beach. Fishing pond on the side. Lots of activities on the other side of the lake. Activities offered by the campsite for children in particular. Pleasant, smiling staff, no stress here, a natural haven of peace!

Camped in a spot at the end of the campground. It is very large scale, otherwise well cared for. We have not been in the swimming pools, but with 2 small kids we made good use of the outdoor pool and the nice facilities.

Disappointing experience in HU Stay Premium XL Our stay in the HU Stay Premium XL accommodation at HU Birkelt campsite did not meet expectations. The rooms were very small and offered insufficient comfort for a family. Several amenities did not function properly: the coffee maker was defective, the combination microwave worked poorly, and the shower was problematic - the thermostatic faucet was placed at child height and had poor control, resulting in dangerously hot or ice cold water. This is not suitable for families with young children. In addition, upon arrival, the porch and stairs were damaged and had to be repaired first, causing inconvenience. Although the service from the park staff was correct and helpful, this does not detract from the fact that the accommodation does not meet what should be expected of a "Premium" stay.

I would prefer to give it a 10, but still unfortunately come out at a 9. Has to do with them being bothered by shrews. Didn't see a mouse, but unfortunately smelled one. Apparently they piss under the house, so the smells literally came through the outlets. And so 1 of them was next to my bed, at head height (when you lie down so) very annoying, because it smelled very bad. I reported it and they immediately did something about it. Even received a gift to make up for it (which I really did not need. It's just nature, so force majeure) for the rest the park itself, location, staff etc etc everything was top. Would definitely go back again.
