Camping the Koeksebelt, Located in Ommen, on the river Vecht. Very nice campsite, well maintained. Pitches are fully equipped. With a place overlooking the river is beautiful. Plumbing is very neat, and well kept clean. Bread service in the morning, and a very small store for the first needs. There is also a restaurant and cafeteria. Plenty of water around around, and also an outdoor swimming pool is not lacking. The village of Ommen one kilometer away. The area is beautiful for walking, and in terms of cycling, the region belongs to the finest in the Netherlands, in my opinion.

During our bikepacking trip we stayed at this campsite in one of the two Trekkingcabins (trekkershut). We frequently use these on our trips but this one was certainly a 5 star trekkingshut! It is all there! Host was also very friendly, helpful and enthousiatic. Great special beers for sale at reception. No reason not to book here. Enjoy!

Very nice, clean, and quiet place. Great location for visiting Siena, and other cities in the area.

Bungalow very dirty and not very well maintained, we went the first week of September and they had already removed all the animation. Having known other campsites in the area I think it is not the best option. Close to the beach and good water facilities but with 100% capacity I guess it is very small.

Ideal campsite for family vacations with children. It has an aquapark and several restaurants, as well as a supermarket.

Nice terraced campground, places do all slope a bit, so drive-up blocks needed, electricity on every place, sanitary split into a shower area (completely renovated) and a dated area with the other facilities (but clean) nice hot water. On site of the campsite it says it is open from 09.00 to 19.00 but the reception closes between 12.00 and 14.00 so 2 hours waiting for a closed barrier, not really customer friendly, so adjust website saves a lot of annoyance when you arrive 12.07.

Did not stay here, only ate lunch in transit while hiking. "The Sawmill" offers a nice selection especially for families with children.

We stayed at the campsite for one night as we were passing through. The site was therefore in a great location for us as it is very close to the highway, which you can't even hear at night! On arrival, we were initially confused as there was no queue for registration. We drove onto the site with our camper van and stopped in front of reception. We then had to turn around to move into our pitch. This maneuver was relatively tight. Our pitch was in a good location and as everything was paid for, we didn't even have to go to reception to check out. The restaurant is small and simple, I recommend the "Pommes Spezial" - mega portion and very tasty! The toilet block we used was small but brand new and very clean. The shower works with coins that you get at the reception (about 1€/4min). The swimming pool is simple, but very refreshing after a long drive. There is nothing negative about the playground, it is completely fenced in so nobody gets lost. Swings, slides, climbing frame and sandpit... everything is there. The center of the campsite (restaurant, reception, swimming pool and playground) are very well integrated into the edge of the forest and give the campsite a romantic atmosphere. We will be back again!

A beautiful setting and campsite.

Enjoyed for 2 weeks! Restaurant and takeout super good, fast service. Clean, delicious food! Great. Pool is not big but fine to hang out for a while. Toddler pool is also top notch. And well protected with a sturdy fence. The chalet was fat fine, both inside and outside. Lovely beds. Lovely shower. Kitchen fine in order. TV with ability to connect to your phone so you can watch YouTube o.i.d.. Park is nicely maintained and looks beautiful green. There is a nice playground for toddlers. And we had a view of a hill on our spot. The staff is super nice. Absolutely had a great vacation! Topparken lives up to its name 😁
