Came by to charge my bike battery, but they could not cooperate with this. I wanted to pay for it, but NO, could not.Because I could charge at the park in a cottage. Went back a little at a restaurant where there was kindness that my plug was allowed in the power.

Exceptional environment at this campsite

I do not recommend it. We had a problem with the reservation. A year later I was charged twice more for the same reservation. We called and wrote many emails and no one helped us.

Following other reviews, we were a little nervous before the vacation. It all turned out very well for us. Beautiful surroundings, and beautiful views while eating, we really enjoyed that immensely. The kids were able to play outside and inside at the restaurant. The food also tasted incredibly good to us, and we also thought it was a decent price. The outdoor pool was a nice pool for an hour a day, but then we were done with it. Showers and toilets were clean. We did have one big minus point hence only 4 stars. Our pitch was dry and full of sand, twigs, leaves ect while there were plenty of other pitches where the grass was nice and green and neat. We were very disappointed because the children could not play in front of the tent without hurting their feet. (We were on pitch 710) These pitches should really get more maintenance! In addition, we had disappointed children, because the indoor pool was open at certain times, but only from 8 years, both of ours are 5 years. In addition, the restaurant only opens at 12 o'clock, also this may be earlier in the main season (we personally think). If more maintenance is given to the pitches, we would certainly like to come back for a longer period.

Never again! What a disappointment is this campsite. When booking we indicated a preference for the "lower part" however upon arrival it turned out this was not possible. We were on top of the hill at the back in a mobile home placed ... not to do with 2 young children who can not 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back to the pool can walk. There is a little train, but it is so full that you can't even take the baby carriage. So you have to walk down the mountain yourself with baby carriage and wagon but then you almost fly off because it is so steep... not okay. In addition, we had booked a baby bed. This requires you to bring your own mattress, which is fine. However, the baby bed turned out not to be a standard size, making it too small for the mattress. I now read this in other reviews as well. Beds sleep terribly, I lie with my husband on a 2 bed where there is a giant pit in the middle. This causes us both to lie at such an angle that our backs hurt (after 3 nights now). We are considering leaving earlier and spending the last days of our vacation in a better place.

A great campsite in a lovely location, services are of a great quality

Beautiful park with nice cottages. If you have a child with you and buy the package with it with crib, you have to pay attention. You actually better bring your own cot because they may not have cribs available anymore. That means you just have to figure it out with your 8-month-old baby. The 2nd day there was a cot available, but it was way too small. Again, they couldn't help us because they still had too few cots available. I did find this a very bad thing and the way they spoke to us and did not want to think along with us, I find quite bad for such a park.

We had booked a Premium Mobile Home. The facilities were top: 3 rooms, shower + furnished entrance area incl. open kitchen, towels, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, cutlery, corkscrew, cleaning utensils, clothes horse etc. The veranda was spacious and equipped with a seating lounge and a dining table. Everything was tidy and clean. The staff speak English and some German. There were many German vacationers on site. The children's program was great, but in Italian. The pool and slides are well maintained. The prices of the bars are on the expensive side. Overall it was a really nice stay. Absolutely recommendable. PS: The mosquito infestation was extreme. Insecticides were therefore applied every night (safe for humans and animals). We had booked a premium mobile home. The facilities were top notch: 3 rooms, shower + furnished entrance area including open kitchen, towels, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, cutlery, corkscrew, cleaning utensils, clothes rack, etc.. The veranda was spacious and equipped with a seating lounge and a dining table. Everything was neat and clean. The staff speaks English and some German. There were a lot of German holidaymakers on site. The children's program was great, but in Italian. The pool and slides are well maintained. The prices in the bars are borderline too expensive. Great campsite. Very friendy people at the reception. They help you where they can! Not good for small little tents if you travel solo. Unless you like the rocky mountains or adore Fred Flintstone lifestyle with no shadow. No car at the tent. Unless you pay for caravan spot. All paths are graveled. You can hear every step. Tent belongs on grass not on rocks. Expencive beer.

Nice place, nice covered terrace by the tent. Also having air conditioning, dishwasher and private bathroom is very nice.
