Highly recommended for families with small children. Shallow sandy beach, ideal for small children and dogs!

Nice campground in a great location. Beautiful mountain views all around. Several lakes and activities nearby. Wonderful hiking trails. Highlight for us was the Garnitzenkloof. Sanitary facilities at the campground are fine and were nicely cleaned every day. Did not use animation and other facilities except the swimming pool. Neatly clean and modern. We were spoiled with 10 days of great weather. Super cool natural swimming pond. As only comment we can mention the staff at the reception. Please be a little friendly and cheerful. Sorry that we do not speak fluent German.

Very nice campsite, warm welcome, clean place. The setting is really pleasant and the team at reception is smiling, you feel good from the moment you arrive. On the other hand, a big negative point: the restaurant. Every day, there are different breaks: One evening, no more margarita and no more pizza reine (which suggests that they are frozen). Another evening, no more mojito because no more rum Very often, the ice creams are no longer available. Yet another evening, no more waffles In short... it's hard to eat with peace of mind when the menu isn't followed. It's a real shame, because we customers also come to enjoy this service. Conclusion: the campsite is great, but the restaurant spoils the experience a little. A pity, because with better stock management, it would be perfect.

A decent campsite, but not quite up to the standard of a 4-star (more like a 3-star). The sanitary facilities in particular are few and far between and leave much to be desired. Fantastic for dogs, with a special place to rinse/wash them.

I will start with the positive The pool is great both for big and small! The cocktails, ice cream and pizza are very tasty You have a supermarket with prices from high to low you have to look carefully but have a large range The climbing park and animation is also fun for the kids. For older children I find it not much more only the pool further you have to look for things outside the park Then that brings me to the following everywhere you have to drive there is not something within walking distance of the park Now something I really find a lot less We are on top of walking is not a problem But to the hill a staircase where the stones are crooked and the railing loose And gate that you hear slamming regularly And an air conditioning box next to your bedroom what goes off a few times a night very annoying that heavy hum Behind us a very busy road what you hear so evenings when you're in bed or at 5 o'clock in the morning motocross bikes very annoying sleep also very hard beds and lots of mosquitoes the golf carts race past you but they offer good service to your luggage to your accommodation to bring very neat! Furthermore, we had a nice vacation because we have viewed a lot and swam a lot do you like bikes I will definitely rent on the campsite because nothing is to walk and you have beautiful bike routes

We return home tomorrow from a wonderful vacation at Huttopia Royat. The pizzas are delicious, the plumbing is clean, there were plenty of fun things to do for our 4 year old son. The pool was towards the cold side, but given the temperature of 36 degrees it was wonderful refreshment. The staff is super friendly. Several times a week there is a show in high season, which also makes the evenings super entertaining. Our pitch was near the sanitary block. The area is beautiful and there are a lot of fun things to do around. Some minorities: - the ground on our pitch was extremely hard. It was very difficult to place our pegs. In itself not a problem since it was not really windy anyway. - The shower was sometimes freezing cold. - Our pitch was in full sun during the hottest part of the day.

Huge camp, lots of people, full in mid August

One of the most beautiful campsites in the area. Terraced and very quiet. The campsite lighting is far too bright for my taste. But good.... There are several wash houses, everything is always spotlessly clean.

Very good 15-day stay at this campsite. Great hike with Thierry. We loved it with a beautiful sunset. I recommend it because we came back at night with headlamps. And Thierry is a real boss and explained all the nature to us. The flora and fauna On the other hand, there's a lack of entertainment and also in the restaurant there should be French fries, as there's not enough for apero.
