    Stay at the end of June, 2 adults and 1beb baby of 5 months. As soon as we arrive we notice more people at the front desk to request a change of accommodation: we understand why during our stay, having had serious inconveniences that burdened the entire week of vacation. When booking, I ask for a room easily accessible with the stroller, but we are assigned a room on the second floor, reached by a steep staircase: pointing this out, we are immediately assigned a room on the ground floor accessible with fewer steps. After 2 days, patiently hoping it was a temporary inconvenience, we find ourselves having to request another room change as the noise of the builders persisted in the rooms behind us: renovation work and, of course, with an infant it was unbearable. They assign another room, but after only one night we are forced to yet another change of accommodation after hellish hours: at 11 p.m. we go to the warden to report a breakdown in the air conditioning, but since it is centralized he tells us that he cannot intervene in any way and that he would leave word at the front desk. We spend the entire night walking around the campsite in order to be able to get the baby to sleep, as the temperature inside the room was unlivable. The next morning at 8 a.m. we go straight to the reception desk to solve the problem: by mutual agreement, the technicians are scheduled to arrive at 11 a.m., but no one shows up. We urge and, as they are unable to find the technicians, I am forced to go and find them personally in the village, inviting them to handle our problem urgently, as we have a baby. Around 12:30 p.m. (with the technicians still present) the front desk called us informing us that they could not give us a guarantee that the problem would be resolved and that they might change our lodging: on the advice of the technicians, who reported that FOR CERTAIN the problem would not be resolved in the day since they were waiting to receive the new centralized machine, we are forced to accept yet another change of lodging, which we are then assigned at 3 p.m. Given the obvious inconveniences, we request a meeting with the manager, from whom we receive an apology and the proposal of free lunch on the last day and a massage: we initially refuse, expecting a refund for the two full days lost but, assured that these services would not affect the possible refund that I would have to manage through Booking.com, we accept his free gift since it was "provided to relieve us as much as possible on the last day of our vacation." I thus contact Booking.com and from here the ordeal begins due to a sad and unpleasant handling by Baia Holiday's central operations office, which did not consider the inconvenience we had during our stay sufficient for even a minimal refund, believing that they were able to intervene promptly to the issues and that we were given two freebies (the meal and the massage). Although we contacted the facility repeatedly, there was constant bouncing of responsibility without having the opportunity to speak with the director/manager of the head office, reporting for that matter that it was Booking (with whom we contacted in advance) who did not send them any communication. The facility subsequently broke off all communication with us without any further response to our reminders. Instead, Booking, having acknowledged the extensive inconvenience to us, reimbursed at its own expense (and regardless of the facility's assessment) a minimal fee, the hotel ZERO. Customer care is fundamental detail for a good vacation and honesty just as much! And unfortunately, we know we were not the only ones who had this bad experience. Otherwise, we turn our appreciation to the kitchen, beach and entertainment staff. Anticipating the replication of the facility that could have no further comment from me, I ask to be contacted directly!!!

    Soggiorno di fine giugno, 2 adulti e 1bebè di 5 mesi. Appena arrivati notiamo più persone alla reception per richiedere un cambio alloggio: capiamo perché durante la nostr permanenza, avendo avuto seri disagi che hanno gravato sull’intera settimana di vacanza. In fase di prenotazione chiedo una camera facilmente accessibile con il passeggino, ma ci viene assegnata una camera al primo piano, raggiungibile con una scala ripida: facendolo notare, ci viene subito assegnata una camera al piano terra accessibile con meno gradini. Dopo 2 giorni, pazientando sperando fosse un disagio temporaneo, ci troviamo a dovere richiedere un ulteriore cambio stanza poiché persistevano i rumori dei muratori nelle stanze alle nostre spalle: lavori di ristrutturazione e, ovviamente, con un neonato era insostenibile. Assegnano un’altra camera, ma dopo una sola notte siamo costretti all’ennesimo cambio di alloggio dopo ore infernali: alle 23 ci rechiamo dal guardiano per comunicare un guasto all’aria condizionata, ma essendo centralizzata ci comunica di non potere intervenire in alcun modo e che avrebbe lasciato detto alla reception. Passiamo l’intera notte a passeggiare nel campeggio per potere fare dormire il bambino, poiché la temperatura all’interno della stanza era invivibile. La mattina seguente alle 8 ci rechiamo subito alla reception per risolvere il problema: di comune accordo viene stabilito l’intervento dei tecnici per le ore 11, ma non si presenta nessuno. Sollecitiamo e, non riuscendo loro a reperire i tecnici, mi trovo costretta ad andare a cercarli personalmente nel borgo invitandoli a gestire la nostra problematica con urgenza, avendo un bebè. Intorno alle 12.30 (con ancora presenti i tecnici) ci chiama la reception comunicandoci che non potevano darci la garanzia di risoluzione della problematica e che avrebbero potuto cambiarci l’alloggio: su consiglio dei tecnici, i quali hanno riferito che PER CERTO il problema non si sarebbe risolto in giornata poiché erano in attesa di ricevere la nuova macchina centralizzata, ci troviamo costretti ad accettare l’ennesimo cambio di alloggio, che ci viene poi assegnato alle 15 di pomeriggio. Dati i disagi evidenti, chiediamo un incontro con il direttore, da cui riceviamo le scuse e la proposta del pranzo gratuito l’ultimo giorno e un massaggio: inizialmente rifiutiamo, aspettandoci il rimborso delle due intere giornate perse ma, garantendoci che questi servizi non avrebbero influito sul possibile rimborso che avrei dovuto gestire tramite Booking.com, accettiamo il suo omaggio poiché “fornito per alleviarci quanto più possibile l’ultimo giorno di vacanza”. Contatto così Booking.com e da qui inizia il calvario a causa di una triste e sgradevole gestione dal parte della sede operativa centrale di Baia Holiday che non ha ritenuto sufficienti i disagi avuti durante il nostro soggiorno neppure per un minimo rimborso, ritenendo che sono stati in grado di intervenire con tempestività alle problematiche e che ci sono stati fatti due omaggi (il pasto e il massaggio). Pur contattando ripetutamente la struttura, c’è stato un continuo rimbalzarsi la responsabilità senza avere la possibilità di parlare con il direttore/manager della sede centrale, riferendo per altro che è stato Booking (con cui ci siamo anticipatamente messi in contatto) a non mandare loro alcuna comunicazione. La struttura ha successivamente interrotto qualsiasi comunicazione con noi senza più dare risposta ai nostri solleciti. Invece Booking, avendoci riconosciuto gli ingenti disagi, ha rimborsato a proprio carico (e indipendentemente dalla valutazione della struttura) una minima quota, l’hotel ZERO. L’attenzione al cliente è dettaglio fondamentale per una buona vacanza e l’onestà altrettanto! E purtroppo, sappiamo di non essere stati gli unici ad avere avuto questa brutta esperienza. Per il resto, rivolgiamo un apprezzamento al personale della cucina, della spiaggia e dell’animazione. Prevedendo la replica della struttura che non potrebbe avere ulteriore mio commento, chiedo di essere contattata direttamente!!

    Wonderful campground. We were in a new limburg lodge. This one was very pleasant. Our children especially liked the playgrounds. The regular, the indoor playground and the beautiful water playground. The area is, as expected , also very beautiful!

    Heerlijke camping. Wij zaten in een nieuwe limburg lodge. Deze was erg prettig. Onze kinderen vonden vooral de speeltuinen erg fijn. De gewone, de binnenspeeltuin en de mooie waterspeeltuin. De omgeving is, zoals verwacht , ook erg mooi!

    Super service, very nice boats. We have rented a Valk for 3 years and they are very new boats with a mast with gas spring which makes it very easy to take it down. Very friendly and flexible people.

    I had booked the campsite last minute because I still had lessons at home therefore I arrived quite late (booked in advance) and this was no problem stood on the green strip beautiful view of the full moon!!! And ideally located close to a dive site (2min by car) and 7min from the center of Zierikzee. Nice involved owner and good service. (Including breakfast service) The owner even offered me a chair because he saw me sitting on the ground in front of my tent. Haven't camped for at least 20 years but this experience will definitely make me do it again more often! Thank you and in any case until next year!

    Ik had de camping last minute geboekt omdat ik nog les had thuis daardoor kwam ik behoorlijk laat aan (van te voren besproken) en dit was geen probleem stond op de groenstrook prachtig uitzicht op de volle maan!! En ideale ligging vlakbij een duikstek (2min met de auto) en 7min van het centrum van Zierikzee. Leuke betrokken eigenaar en goede service. (Waaronder ook ontbijt service) De eigenaar bood me zelfs een stoel aan omdat hij me voor mijn tent op de grond zag zitten. Al zeker 20 jaar niet meer gekampeerd maar door deze ervaring ga ik het zeker weer vaker doen! Dankjewel en in iedergeval tot volgend jaar!
