End your day with a traditional dinner at a local konoba, where you can savor fresh fish, lamb dishes, and Dalmatian wines. It’s a delicious way to discover the island’s traditions and flavors.

Boat trip to hidden bays

Hop on a boat trip around Pag and discover beaches and coves you can’t reach by car. Swim in crystal-clear waters, snorkel among colorful fish, and enjoy the peace far from the crowds. Many boat tours also stop at small fishing villages where you can grab a bite to eat or a refreshing ice cream. The park is located in a beautiful, secluded spot with spectacular sunsets and spacious pitches. Guests appreciate the modern, very clean sanitary facilities that are constantly maintained, the lovely aquapark with infinity pool, and the expansive beach. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge. Areas for improvement include high prices in restaurants and the supermarket, unmotivated staff in some outlets, limited bakery selection, and nuisance from e-scooters.

I stayed at the campground for about 20 days (June–July 26). The facility is fairly new and luxurious; the location is good—right by the sea—but a bit far from town if you don’t have a car to get around. The campsites are spacious, and the luxury ones in the front row with a pool are very large. The restrooms are spotless, with staff on duty until 10 p.m. The pools are beautiful, and the pebble beaches—which have been restored—are equipped with free lounge chairs and umbrellas or natural shade from the trees. The bungalow area (the front rows with private pools) spans the peninsula; at the tip is a lovely beachfront restaurant from which you can see and imagine just how beautiful and wild the area must have been before tourism took hold. Near the reception area of the large campsites is a very lively sports area. Unfortunately, I did encounter some issues: the peninsula is exposed, and the northern area in particular can be battered by extremely strong Bora winds—the lack of vegetation is proof of this. The campsites (which are poorly maintained) have very few trees, and the sun and heat can be a problem if you’re not prepared. I won’t dwell on the slow check-in process or the questionable requirement to pay for your stay in advance, but rather on the supermarket—the real weak point of the facility. It offers a limited selection of poor-quality goods sold at prices that are, in some cases, absurd; it’s a real shame.I also can’t give it 5 stars because of two other minor issues I’ve never encountered at other campgrounds: the background noise from the pool pumps, which is especially audible at night, and, at times, in certain areas, a foul odor of sewage. For a 5-star facility with 5-star prices, it’s unfortunately not the best.

Very nice campground. As in Croatia, prices are generally higher than in Germany.

We were there with two children, both under 5.
The kids’ disco started too late, at 8:00 p.m.

Not much in the way of activities for teens.

The e-scooters ridden by teenagers who zoom down the street honking their horns from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 or 12:00 a.m. are very annoying. And the operator doesn’t do anything about it.

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but unfortunately this experience deserves one.

The problems started before we even arrived. It took an entire week of phone calls just to complete a reservation because the booking team repeatedly told us they were “extremely busy” and couldn’t process it by email. I’m sorry, but that’s not the guest’s problem. If you market yourself as a luxury 5-star resort, being understaffed is not an acceptable excuse. The reservation process was frustrating, slow, and far below the standard we expected.

When we finally arrived, our disappointment continued. Our pitch was dirty, with rubbish and discarded cups left behind by previous guests. Since this is a check-out/check-in operation, I would expect every pitch to be inspected and cleaned before the next guests arrive. Instead, it felt like nobody had even looked at it.

The biggest issue, however, was safety. The camp advertises itself as a family-friendly destination where cars are not allowed, but it is completely overrun by electric scooters. Children and teenagers were riding them at high speed, often on one wheel, throughout the camp. Walking with small children became stressful because you constantly had to watch out for someone speeding past. There was no visible supervision or enforcement of any rules. If you promote yourself as a premium family resort, guest safety should be a top priority—not an afterthought.

We were also disappointed by the children’s activities. Several activities were cancelled or the schedule kept changing, making it difficult for families to plan anything.

The only real positives are the location and the beach. The beach is beautiful, with small pebbles, a gentle entrance into the sea, and it’s genuinely great for children.

Unfortunately, those positives are completely overshadowed by poor customer service, poor housekeeping standards, and a lack of safety management throughout the resort. This is simply not the experience anyone should expect from a premium 5-star campsite.

For the price we paid, I expected a completely different level of service and professionalism. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously because significant improvements are needed. As things stand, I believe some form of compensation for guests who experience this level of service would be appropriate. Until major changes are made, I cannot recommend this campsite to families looking for a safe and relaxing holiday.
