There aren't many campsites like this anymore! Quiet, shady, with good-sized pitches and cool little canvas accommodations! Ecolodge or cabane sur pilotis... a no-fuss welcome! On-site restaurant, entertainment, occasional concerts, canoe and bike rentals - all at very reasonable rates! Far from the bling bling campsites .... Don't hesitate!

We ended our stay here after three nights. The site is certainly not bad and it's great for families, but we thought it would be nice to camp here as a couple. We had a premium pitch, which was high up and was used by other campers as a passageway, which disturbed our privacy. In addition, there was loud music from the stage every evening until late at night and a laser show from the disco opposite (no idea what it was). Also somewhat restrictive, especially if you want to explore the island and the surrounding area, is the quiet time, during which you are not allowed to move your car, but this can generally be planned. The sanitary facilities were new, but not clean and some doors had broken locks. For dog people: there are dog showers here.|We would recommend the site to:|- families with children|- campers with dogs|- campers who like to have the complete package|- campers who also like to stay on the site/on the grounds

Nice campsite|Very warm welcome|Bicycle rental very good|Some regrets:|Pool a little small for the number of people (presence of a youth camp) including deckchairs, being with small children we shifted to be less inconvenienced.|Chalet 25 next to the playground is perfect for the little ones, but it's noisy in the evenings until after 10pm in fine weather||The chalet's household equipment for 6 people is a little lacking, such as lids for pots and pans or an oven|There are no sorting garbage cans in the chalet, but sorting does exist on the campsite and is supposed to be followed.

The campground has been taken over. It is now going from a cozy campground to an expensive, big not cozy campground. Tonight we have sat in the restaurant and here we have seen enough. The nice staff in the restaurant all these years. May we hope they will still be there next year. I doubt it. But peschera is great genoem to have a bite to eat there. Without the nice staff no longer interesting for us. Then I would rather give the gwld to a local business owner.

Great stay at Camping de Vaubarlet! Philippe, Sylvie and Nico, the owners, are really warm, efficient and create a very friendly atmosphere in the campsite! Our river-side pitches were spacious, with a superb view ... and so quiet!|The swimming pool and large children's playroom are a real plus, and the sanitary facilities are very well maintained!

Great service, organization and helpfulness of the managers. Even for my big dog the place was exceptional, animals are well tolerated in all areas in addition to the ample spaces provided. A great merit of excellence to the managers not only from a technical point of view, but also human a combination not easy that makes the difference

We recently spent 6 days here. When we arrived the Trappeur tent was dirty and had lots of rubbish including smashed glass outside and on the deck. The dishes were also dirty. The chef de camping dealt with these issues quickly but this was not a good start.||Unfortunately, I slipped on the tent decking after rain (it was green and had not been treated properly for a long time) and when I complained by email to management their reply was that “no one else had complained”, implying that it was my fault. My leg was badly bruised from the fall and very painful, taking 3 weeks to heal properly. Me and my son also got splinters from the swimming pool deck- their solution? Wear flipflops?! You still need to take these off eventually.||We found most staff to be good, although not as friendly as at other Huttopia we have stayed at.||Other than that, it is nice to have a pool at a campsite, and the location is incredible and the activities are a nice addition. But for a premium campsite, they could do much more to maintain high standards.

A perfect family campground. Great host and perfect place to visit each other. The facilities to rent various accommodations is also very nice. And also the terrace/kitchen is very well organized with a good cook and nice staff.

I expected a real 4 star resort, but of 4 stars they are only on paper,||We arrive and after giving us the little house at 5 pm, we are missing sheets!||Dirty drawers , full of crumbs left by previous guests!||Freezer full of ice, we had to defrost it!||First rain, water was coming in the veranda, wetting everything we had washed! the drainage pipe clogged and patched up!||We stayed in small house of 10 m2 in 5||We couldn't use the veranda because it was full of water!||Toilet bowl moving||And sink leaking water!||Truly obscene shower where the hand shower goes for his own business!||The pool at 10.00 am already dirty, full of black pieces of something floating, the bottom full of sand! Unfriendly lifeguards, 3€ sunbed that I had to bring myself! Pointing out the problem of the pool to the lifeguards, I am told-we put chlorine! Then good shirt to everyone!||Ps it is useless for you to answer:||We are sorry blah blah blah, because months later you have done nothing!||How do you avoid justifying yourselves by saying:||We will try to improve!||You don't want to improve, you are just attached to money!||Never again
