Beautiful cottage and park but poor service. Stayed here for 2 nights in April. A mistake was made which caused me to overpay. Already 2 months I have to chase this myself and until now I still haven't got my money back. No response to emails, they only asked for my account number but did not refund anything.

First of all: we booked via Secretparcs, had bad luck with the park, but paid 300€ less than usual for the accommodation, which eases the pain a little, but if you are thinking about paying the normal price here you should read beforehand!!! Let's start with the grounds: A park with lots of chalets and huts. Many locals are stranded here who probably have no money for other accommodation. That's why there are US trailer park vibes with free, dilapidated huts and lots of junk in the garden. At first glance, the site looks well-kept, but it is falling apart at every turn and is not maintained. Some of the playgrounds are in an absolutely dangerous condition. The indoor pool is a chamber of horrors: the pirate paddling pool for children is colder (freezing cold) than the large pool, the filter system is obviously not working properly, there are lots of dead insects, hair and other dirt floating in the pool. The indoor playground is a half-empty, dirty room where things are temporarily stored and consists of a small climbing frame. If the wind is unfavorable, the highway is louder than the person sitting next to you. You won't find any vacation feeling there. Our hut (house 234) was, with a lot of goodwill, okay. The dilapidated state of the park continues seamlessly into the house: Skirting boards that are falling off or missing, warped windows that can only be closed with force, doors that have finger-thick gaps when closed, loveless and sparsely furnished, two flower pots on the terrace without flowers but filled with plenty of cigarettes, hair and garbage from the previous tenants, cupboards that have more defects than doors, everything very worn out. Cleanliness in the house was also so-so. When it's hot, the house becomes an incubator and if you open the windows at night, you get eaten by mosquitoes. The beds are borderline and the bathroom is smaller than a shoebox. The neighborhood of 234 is also anything but friendly, the people living here probably don't like tourists. Strange when you live in a vacation park, but nothing surprises me here anymore. The staff at reception are helpful and friendly, but they can't help the conditions. The management has probably written off the park and is squeezing out the last few cents before they close it down.

The location is fine. Close to a larger town. The beach by the sea is also easily accessible by bike (Rockanje Beach). The pond in front of the lock which is within walking distance, not recommended. The biggest naughtiness was the accommodation. Really run down, the doors were warped so that they didn't close properly. Also the hygiene was in the bottom drawer. Shower mold and stank of urine, toilets dirty, refrigerator was crumbs and adhesions of old food. The sofa was so worn that the leather had come loose. The curtains and walls had marks from crushed insects and there were a lot of cobwebs in and around the house. The bedroom beds had been laid through. You fell asleep in a pillow. House heats up quickly, you get a block air conditioner for an extra charge (17.50/day) but without window mounting equipment. We had to use gaffer tape and foil to cut the exhaust air hose out of the window.

A visit to the restaurant open to all, we were warmly welcomed by the bar staff at lunchtime and the next morning, who were very accommodating and welcoming. Hearty dishes and good value for money.

Niestety ale moim zdaniem hotel zdecydowanie nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki, domki są małe i ciasne i nie są w jakimś pięknym stylu. Dużo rzeczy jest dodatkowo płatne i nie tanie : Boiska, klimatyzacja, WiFi, leżaki a są to dość oczywiste rzeczy które powinny być za darmo tymbardziej za cenę, którą się płaci za pobyt tutaj.Na basen trzeba wchodzić w czepku co jest pewnie kolejnym zdzieraniem pieniędzy bo mało kto o tym wie a biznes im się kręci jak każdy je kupuje w sklepie obok. Na śniadaniu jest mały wybór jeśli chodzi o jedzenie ale to już pewnie wychodzi z ich kultury. Oprócz sklepu na ośrodku(, w którym jest drogo )nie ma żadnego w pobliżu, do centrum i morza jest daleko.

First time camping - great experience! My first camping experience and it was an instant hit. Eurocamping is wonderfully quiet, clean and super child friendly. The outdoor pool was a nice extra, perfectly taken care of and wonderful on hot days. I had arranged this surprise for my husband who is working hard on his integration. He really found his peace here. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made it extra nice. In short: a wonderful, relaxing place with loving service. We will definitely come back!

Very nice and large campsite. However, the prices in the stores, restaurants etc. are far too high.

Fun activities and...lost my coat with car key..... super friendly service, coat found and sent within a week, super happy! With car key!

We have been in April weekend The bathroom, Sauna, Sunshower shower and the bathtub was anything but clean. We reported this, they had the cleaning lady come back, we left that afternoon so she could clean, I want to use the Sunshower shower in the evening, let me put it this way....what I saw on that wall... brr... really dirty walls I took pictures of it and reported it again the next day, they were shocked, and they would come back to it, we left, but the promise that they would come back to it they never did. I have called, emailed, they always say you will be called back. Until today 3 months later you hear nothing at all. Nice promises but do not deliver.

Top campsite, pleasant staff And the Direct access to the beach was really top-notch. We had a great stay and would be delighted to come back again.
