Can happen, I don't want to blame the campsite here either. The only positive point we had here was that the employee had prescribed a report, which could then be taken over by the police. After the conversation, however, we were left alone, with no offer of a ride to the police station or at least a free bike for the journey. We had to ride to the police station at our own expense. Anyone who boasts about security and advertises it in this way should at least be accommodating in such a case and meet the guest's needs, even if it's just that the rest of the stay is free or something similar. I was very disappointed here.

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich nur auf die Sicherheit/Service des Campingplatzes. Unsere zwei abgeschlossen E-Bikes wurden über Nacht geklaut. Kann passieren, ich möchte hier die Campingplatz auch keinen Vorwurf machen. Der einzige Positive Punkt, den wir hier hatten, war, dass der Mitarbeiter einer Anzeige vorgeschrieben hatte, welche dann bei der Polizei übernommen werden konnte. Nach dem Gespräch wurden wir dann aber alleine gelassen, keine Angebot, das wir zur Polizeistation gefahren werden oder das wir zumindest für die Strecke kostenfrei ein Fahrrad bekommen. Wir mussten auf eigene Kosten zur Polizeistation fahren. Wer sich mit Sicherheit brüstet und das so bewirbt, der sollte in solch einem Fall zumindest kulant sein und dem Gast entgegenkommen und sei es nur das der restliche Aufenthalt umsonst ist oder ähnliches. Hier war ich doch sehr enttäuscht.
