Very nice family campsite everything very nicely built the activities are great the program in the evening, good service in the restaurantand that there is a small bus I find very great We will definitely come back next year

The campsite is very nice and clean, but the service in the associated restaurant is very unfriendly and the food was not tasty

Nice field with spacious spots, lots of go-karts etc. for the kids, scrambling and jumping in the playground and gathering acorns for the pigs in the woods. Many beautiful cycling routes nearby.

Have been on site and have been refused. 2 nights with dog not possible, bookable with dog only for 7 nights. That was disappointing. On another campsite before, however, immediately possible !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed in our campervan towards the end of the season. It was quite and really pretty.

Great campsite with lots of terraced pitches, plenty of space. Very quiet and very clean sanitary facilities. Bus to the center leaves directly from the campsite. Top!

Reception staff and park staff (gardeners) are very friendly.

Wonderful campsite, extremely friendly staff, very nicely located overlooking the Loire. Very clean, almost new plumbing. Even bread service at the end of September. Beautiful large pitches. Highly recommended!

Pleasant campsite with trees, ideally located for the Palais Idéal :) The 2-bedroom Morea Cottage mobile home is very comfortable, clean and well laid out. Great welcome. Everything was perfect. The only downside was the location of our MH at the far end of the campsite, close to the road, which is very noisy at times (in the evening on week-ends). Please note that the snack bar and swimming pool are not open outside July/August. However, there are many restaurants, ice-cream parlors and foodtruck open nearby, for which advance booking is highly recommended. We have no problem recommending this campsite.

Reception was initially polite. Unfortunately, the room wasn't that great. The air conditioning could only be switched on and off via the fuse box, a different temperature could not be set, the shower did not drain and instead leaked into the bedroom. Unfortunately that was it with the politeness of the staff. No other room on offer. The place itself is clean and offers children play opportunities. Unfortunately there is a busy country road just 50m from the site.

We arrived here at the resort and after agreeing on towels for everyone, they only let us find 4 towels out of 8 people. We had to rent the additional towel for 4 more people at a cost of 20 euros per towel (yes you heard right, 20 euros per person for a total of 80 euros). They realized the mistake made and sent for us only to have no responsible person find us at 8:30 p.m. wasting additional time. I could go on but suffice to say one thing. We paid like a hotel room for a small 20 sq. m. house for 5 people, with hot water hiccups and claustrophobic environment. Incompetent and unfriendly staff despite posing with the utmost politeness. A complete disappointment. We are still here but can't wait to leave. Never again!

Liked: Fantastically helpful and friendly staff, who couldn’t do enough to help. Bus stop within 50m for the bus into Florence. Clean facilities. Bar serving coffee and pastries at a very reasonable price. Everything spotless. Disliked: Nothing.
