Cordial hostess. The little bar in the campground is fine. Spacious pitches with shade. Plumbing is clean but very dated; no toilet paper, no soap, no toilet seats. All in all, we found the price for an overnight stay to be on the high side.

Liked: Location and plot with good shade and flat at the bottom of the Campíng. Disliked: Facilities are scarce. There are only bathrooms and laundry room next to reception. Downstairs there are only showers and I think q should enable bathrooms and sinks. At 9 am loud music from the pool activities.

Liked: The park was brilliant. We came here as an extra on our already planned Caravanning holiday after a poor previous site and wished we had known about here first as we would have stayed longer! The park is lovely- the kids loved the pool and the playgrounds. The pitch was spacious enough for a caravan, awning, table and chairs and car. It was also close to the small town of Ottorlo which has a few nice places to eat and a couple of ice cream places. There isn't much else there other than a maize maze but was a cute little town. It was also a manageable ride to on our bikes. Will definitely be back again.

We have stayed at a Huttopia campsite before and Les Falaises didn't disappoint. It was our first time staying at one with our kids who are 6 and 9 years old. We stayed in a Chalet Evasion for a week. It was absolutely brilliant - the accomodation was excellent, really clean and had everything we needed. The site is beautiful and the facilities like the pools are great. We didn't leave the site much as there was everything we needed. The staff were so helpful and friendly, Rebecca is particular who organises the activities for the children was amazing and my children absolutely loved taking part in lots of the activities. When there was a slight mix up with our bike hire (which was just an accident) the staff were so quick to find us a great solution. I couldn't recommend this company and campsite more highly. We are hoping to book a stay at a different Huttopia campsite next year as we love this company for our family holidays.

Disappointing not for the site, because the lake is nice, but for the ridiculously small pitches and the not very commercial management. When you've planned to sleep in your van and you can't because you can't put your car on the pitch, and you put up a 2nd canvas and you're charged for it, it spoils your vacation, not for the amount but for the spirit, because it's really not commercial to charge more for less space. In short, be sure to read the information before booking, because the management is not very understanding and will make you pay for your lack of precision. I've been to a lot of Huttopia campsites, and this is the 1st time I've been disappointed. It's like a classic campsite that's been bought out and on which wood has been put to make a Huttopia, and that's a shame, because for me, Huttopia was all about yield by renting out every square inch, but the original spirit of camping without being on top of each other.

A campsite that's far from the huttopia spirit, absolutely not commercial, that provides you with pitches where you can't put your vehicle to sleep in, and then charges you for an extra canvas. It's a shame and a pity when you're on vacation, it's not enough to put up wood to be a huttopia worthy of the name. A word of advice: if you come to this campsite, tell them you're coming with a semi-trailer so you can have a pitch worthy of the name. In short, bad humor, but this is the 1st time I've been so disappointed by 1 huttopia, not just because of the pitch, because you can adapt, but because of the spirit of the management, and yet I've been to a lot of them.

I was pleased with: We were unable to stay here due to severe weather I was not so happy with: I tried to cancel, no answer, due to the severe weather we could not set up our trailer tent. No cancellation possible

This campsite is very well run. Most people at this campsite are Dutch and some have been coming back for years. Being the only English family, we were made to feel very welcome being asked to join in with special evening food & entertainment. Many people speak English which helped us! We were able to order food & drink all day and fresh bread is made on site to order. The pitches are all a good size and provide much shade. The pool is well kept and has plenty of sun beds although lots of people reserve these with their towels which was annoying. The toilets & showers were cleaned regularly and there were enough to serve the whole campsite. The location of the campsite is good for visiting Sarlat & there is a lovely lake nearby. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a lovely stay. Thank you!

Had reservations about this site after reading some of the reviews and I have to say the pitch they allocated us was awful it was totally covered by trees with hardly any daylight never mind sun but the reception staff were so helpful and found us a couple of pitches to choose from the next day which were far better the location is beautiful next to the river and close enough to Millau village to walk the facilities are kept spotlessly clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly the only downside we slightly damaged our caravan as some of the access is very tight would I go again yes

Great campsite, clean, complete glamping tent, (drain) washroom nearby, space for car, (play) paradise for children, rules are vigilantly enforced, deposit is quickly refunded. Only negative comment is that wifi was poor/absent entirely. After commenting on this we were told that we were the first to report this. Pity, and very implausible, everyone complained about this.|Price is high € 100, - per night for 2 people.

Very nice campsite also for young people

A very nice, fun and very clean campground! Especially the latter is very striking. No clutter on the park and very clean toilet buildings WITH alcohol vials on the toilets. The sites are spacious and the fields are beautiful. There are many trees so lots of shade. The car may/must be parked at the spot. You have to like that, because it looks a bit messy. Especially if klusbus.nl is next to the caravan ;-) There are free parking lots but that's 10 minutes walk and outside the campsite. A little closer parking, then you pay 6 euros per day. Long shower? Showering works with points. One point equals 6 minutes of showering. Per person you get 1 point per day. Strange that such a point cannot be divided into for example 2x 3 minutes. The food is for camping standards very good, especially the pizzas are very good! And the prices are really not that bad! Also at the ice cream parlor they are not faint, you get a lot for what you pay. The pool is bigger than the pictures show. The two slides were to the liking of the children. The pool is mainly aimed at the somewhat younger children. In terms of animation there is a lot to do. Again, especially for younger children. For 9/10 there is little animation unfortunately. So all in all we had a great vacation!
