A very nice campsite, very clean sanitary facilities, great pool, still heated in October, 26 degrees, restaurant also very good and delicious, right on the, we'll be back!

Very cool we were in the mobile home very comfortable. The campsite is amazing and the spectacular restaurant the only downside is that you have to take mosquito repellent at night because there are many, but otherwise super.

Yesterday new Werner chalet installed at Klimberg. Team from Klimberg disconnected old chalet and connected new chalet in very short time under difficult conditions.The work was done very professionally. Staff made sure that paving and under-construction were completed quickly. Everything went in good consultation with me. If you are looking for a nice place for your chalet I would definitely contact Klimberg.Also I would like to thank Gerko for the technical work.

No more EuroParcs. I actually think it's a shame because the idea is really great. But from the beginning: We booked "Hackfort 4" accommodation for 4 nights. And we were so pleased. When we arrived, the staff weren't exactly friendly but rather annoyed. But what the heck. Checked in and fine. When we entered the house, we were really pleased that it looked exactly like the photos when we booked. Spacious and tastefully furnished at first glance. There was a large living room with an open kitchen, a storage room, a guest toilet, a main bathroom with a large shower and a lighted mirror and two bedrooms, albeit very small. A view of the garden with green lawn and good planting. The first star goes to this. The second star is for the price. Only the accommodation for 4 nights/ 3 people at approx. 350€. And now we come to the cons, which unfortunately brought disillusionment after the brief joy. Let me take a mental tour of the house: Entrance: As soon as we entered the house, it smelled unpleasantly musty. We thought that no one had been in for a while and opened the doors and windows to air out the room. Storeroom: There was a small storage room to the right of the front door. This smelled even more unpleasant than the other rooms. There were 2 vacuum cleaners in there that had not been cleaned for a long time. A crib in which I would never have put my child. A bucket with an old sponge. Kitchen: The kitchen had everything you needed but a lot of it was dirty. The oven and microwave stank. The worktops had not been cleaned properly. The hood filters were infested with food moths and eggs of another type of insect that I did not know. Fridge was clean. We disposed of opened food in there so that we didn't take any unwanted roommates home with us. Bathroom: Then comes a hallway where the guest toilet and bathroom are. Both were not cleaned so we had to clean them ourselves. There were dark stains in the toilet and the corners and silicone joints in the shower were yellow. The shower heads were extremely dirty. The door frame came towards us and the door from the main bathroom jammed so badly that you didn't even have to lock it. My 7 year old daughter had trouble opening it. There was no hanging space for towels. Apart from the small heater there was no way to hang anything. Bedrooms: The bedrooms were at the end of the corridor. The heating does not work in the left room. The glass of a bedside lamp is broken. In the right room the socket is so loose that it falls off. The beds are very soft. But that is a matter of taste. There are white stains on the blue protective layers, hopefully only from the detergent, I thought. The bed linen, which we also had to pay for (cost €13 per bed), was shrink-wrapped and placed on the bed. When I unpacked them, the next shock. Hair and other things everywhere. One comforter cover was torn and one pillow had a black stain. We wanted to complain to reception but no one was there at 5:30pm. The pillows were not pillows. Just fabric with a lump of filling inside. The mattresses literally shifted when I looked at them. So I lay on the board under the mattress almost every night because I slipped into the crack. Disaster!!! Conclusion: We left earlier because I didn't want to stay any longer. The vacation was nice in the area but the accommodation was absolutely a disaster in terms of cleanliness and shortcomings. It's a shame that so much could have been done with a little more initiative and it has been allowed to get so run down. We will never book anything with EuroParcs again, that's for sure.

We had cottage the Country House B8, initially happy, but very soon had sewer stench from the bathroom, unbearable. Fan toilet old and worn, very much noise. The dishwasher worn out a lot of noise. Beds too narrow. Too bad, on photo the cottage is free, but was built in, so different experience.

A great campsite in a good location for visiting the Camargue and towns, with friendly and helpful staff and good facilities. The toilets even had toilet paper which we don’t often find in France when we’re camping (but no hand soap to wash hands). The camping pitches were really big and spacious so could easily accommodate our 8m motorhome. The reception staff were super helpful when I wanted to book a horse ride and they recommended Crin Blanc in Saint-Maries-de-la-Mer and phoned them and made the booking for me. Overall a really pleasant stay.

Very large campsite, very clean sanitary facilities, separate dog area, lots of leisure activities, good supermarket, restaurants, stores, great pool area, super beach with bars. Many shady places, therefore only limited satellite reception. In summer hardly a possibility without reservation.

We booked a "chalet" via AirBnB on this site. It ended up being a mobile home. It could have been called that, but it was absolutely fine for the price. The Family Park itself is beautifully situated: quiet and idyllic. There is a playground for children in every corner (we found 4 in total), 2 trampolines, a zip wire in the forest and a covered heated pool that is in use until October. It must be beautiful in summer, shady under the trees. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain in October...

Thank you for your help and patience ;-) You helped us tremendously when we were in your campsite with a breakdown. Nice quiet campsite, clean, relaxed atmosphere and wonderful environment for hiking and biking. The staff speak very good English, are very helpful and friendly. We felt right at home :-) We will definitely come back next year!

The apartment is very tastefully furnished to a high standard. There was almost nothing that we missed. A small wardrobe for jackets might be advisable in the storage room by the washing machine. Otherwise it was just beautiful. The location and view is fantastic. However, what is missing in the description of the apartment is that it is only accessible via a very steep outside staircase with 14 very narrow steps. For me as a disabled person this was very difficult. The description mentions how to use the elevator, but not that there is no elevator to this wonderful apartment.
