Good RV site within walking distance of downtown. Plumbing to, services ok, access to services bit narrow.

We stayed a midweek in a Biebosch cottage with our 8-week-old baby. Plus points: - Located in beautiful surroundings. - Everything clearly informed in advance by e-mail. - The key works through an app on your phone, for us this worked fine. However, you must remember that your phone is full at all times and you do not accidentally lock yourself out. - The park is beautifully landscaped, with water behind the cottages and lots of greenery. - Opening garden door to the terrace - Nice beds - Air conditioning in the cottage Disadvantages: - The cottages are very close together, this quickly gives you less privacy and can be quite noisy. In addition, the large windows ensure that you actually have views from all sides if you have the curtains open. - The cushions on the couch were very dirty and stained. (Cottage no.40) - The shower drain was broken. - It was 32 degrees in the cottage when we arrived, not very pleasant coming in. - The fitted sheet of the baby bed was way too small and did not fit at all, fortunately we had brought our own bedding. Also, the bed does not fit in the bedroom without first sliding the beds. - There is a coffee maker with filter. Not practical in our opinion. - The water behind the cottages is beautiful, but with small children it can be dangerous. In short, a great stay in a really beautiful area with here and there some points of attention.

A campsite full of charm, calm, friendly, a super friendly team and great facilities!

We spent 4 nights at this great campsite, very friendly, very clean! Warm welcome and top-notch staff! The photos on the site do not fully reflect the beauty of the campsite, so let yourself be surprised!

Unfortunately disappointing - price-performance ratio not right at all Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. The price is simply far too high for what is on offer. (Family with 3 children = 149€/day) We found the numerous extra costs particularly annoying: you have to pay extra to use the sun loungers by the pool, as well as for a parasol - and this for a pool that offers no shade at all. Wi-Fi also costs extra and can only be used on a single device. Completely incomprehensible in this day and age, especially at this price. The pool itself lacks basic amenities: there are no toilets nearby - which is simply not an option when the pool is heavily used. There is also no soap available in the washrooms, which is very disappointing in terms of hygiene. In addition, hawkers regularly walk around the site trying to sell their wares - we found this annoying and inappropriate. The lifeguard doesn't even speak English, which is really problematic for a campsite with an international clientele. However, we would like to highlight the modern and clean sanitary facilities - even if there are only 2 - and the beautiful location right by the sea. Unfortunately, this is not enough to compensate for the many negative points. We will not visit this campsite again and cannot recommend it for families.

Worthless restaurant at the campground, after waiting more than an hour (while there were only 5 other orders) the order also turns out to be lost. Packraft is also way too short to be back in time.

What a nice camping spot. After a long walk, we spent the night in a safari tent on a box spring mattress. We slept for 10 hours! Very nice reception, clean toilet block, hot shower. Beautiful surroundings, ideal for the camper who appreciates tranquility.

Jediný problém byl s umístěním a následným vyjetím karavanu ve svahu. Naštěstí i na to je kemp vybavený :-)

Amazing holiday parc with good facilities and nice staff. The bungelows are spacious, well equipped and modernly decorated. Nature there is fab. Will go again for sure.

All in all fine if you get a good seat. + Well laid out camping site + naturally laid out with lots of trees, natural path. + 10min to the beach, restaurant, supermarkets + supermarket directly at the campsite if you don't want to walk to the "normal" supermarket + on the beach you can lie on the rocks with your dog which is quite okey (if there is space) + reception nice and well done - many pitches are very uneven. With a full campsite and without coasters this could become a problem. - Sometimes a lot of maneuvering is necessary to get to your pitch without damage. - Toilets could be cleaner, but you can usually find one that is still usable. Of course, this is also due to guests who don't know how to use a toilet. Showers are ok but the locks are jammed practically everywhere. -I think it's pretty cheeky to ask for money for pitches directly opposite the emptying of the camper toilets or right next to the garbage containers. There are definitely worse campsites, but there are also better ones.

We've been going to this campsite for 15 years, it used to be VILLAGE CENTER then Tohapi, now with HUTTOPIA, there's been a lot of change, we still have our pitch every year they've done a good job of landscaping the campsite, a bit more greenery would be great 😁 frankly we've had a very good vacation in the peace and quiet, the toilets are cleaned 4 or 5 times a day, I take my hat off to the staff who clean because frankly some holidaymakers are disrespectful by leaving evening showers or dirty toilets behind them and I find this abused. Put in a few more washing machines, as there aren't enough for the whole campsite, or put in a second launderette elsewhere. I can't wait for next year to see the improvements, because they've only opened this year, and it's going to take some time to get set up.
