Altomincio Family ParkGreat experience! Altomincio Village provides many facilities for the fun and entertainment of children of all ages, from morning to night: swimming pools, water slides, adventure trails, playgrounds. The entertainment is also excellent and has been able to engage tourists without becoming intrusive, however. In addition, it is full of useful facilities for everyday life such as bars, restaurants, takeaways, and in-house supermarkets. Excellent accommodation from several points of view: cleanliness, maintenance, space, "accessories." Special thanks to the people in charge of cleaning the common areas and maintenance: we needed to fix a door in our accommodation and by making the request through the app, the intervention was fast and efficient. Always friendly and helpful all the staff members (from the front desk to the adventure park to the sales clerks) we dealt with. The only negative point is the lack of entertainment places for children in case of rain or bad weather.

Ottima esperienza! Altomincio Village mette a disposizione molti servizi per il divertimento e l'intrattenimento dei bambini di tutte le età, dalla mattina alla sera: piscine, scivoli d'acqua, percorsi avventura, parchi giochi. Ottima anche l'animazione che ha saputo coinvolgere i turisti senza diventare però invadente. Inoltre, è ricco di facilities utili per la vita di tutti i giorni come bar, ristoranti, take away e supermarket interni. Ottimo l'alloggio da diversi punti di vista: pulizia, manutenzione, spazi, "accessori". Un ringraziamento in particolare alle persone che si occupano della pulizia delle aree comuni e della manutenzione: abbiamo avuto bisogno di sistemare una porta nel nostro alloggio e facendo la richiesta tramite l'app, l'intervento è stato veloce ed efficiente. Sempre cordiali e disponibili tutti i membri dello staff (dalla reception al parco avventura ai commessi dei negozi) con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare. L'unico punto negativo è la mancanza di luoghi di intrattenimento per i bambini in caso di pioggia o brutto tempo.

Mooie camping met veel goede beschikbare stacaravans en aanverwante verblijven. Zelf gebruik gemaakt van een stacaravan die geschikt was voor een rolstoel. Uitstekende voorziening en op verzoek kon een hoog-laag bed geplaatst worden. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Centro Vacanze IsuleddaWe waited 2 hours at the registration desk only to be parked in a dusty corner seat. I think the €50 reservation fee is absolutely cheeky. You shouldn't advertise with an ACSI Card if you only offer absolutely ugly pitches and you are treated as a second-class customer.

Haben 2 Stunden an der Anmeldung gewartet um danach auf einem staubigen Eckplatz abgestellt zu werden. 50€ Reservierungsgebür finde ich eine absolute Frechheit. Man sollte nicht mit ACSI Card werben wenn man nur absolut hässliche Plätze anbietet und man als Kunde zweiter Klasse behandelt wird.
