Wonderful family campground where every staff member is there for you. Fantastic cuisine every year a joy to come here.

After a week in Brittany, we came to this campground. At the previous campsite, my son had to be rushed by helicopter to the children's hospital because he had ruptured his liver in a fall. (So this happened at the previous campsite.) At this campsite, however, there was no light in the toilet block at 10 p.m., which is annoying in itself. But even worse, as of that time, no one was available to report the malfunction. An employee of the restaurant indicated that she was only responsible for the restaurant. The phone number at the reception (0033565336554) was unreachable and only transferred to voicemail.Even the next morning, the lights had not been fixed. The fact that after closing time at the reception no one can be reached is very worrying to me, especially considering our previous experience with our little son. The campsite itself is beautiful and fun for children,. However, I do not understand why the barrier at the entrance is on a steep slope. Our car, which has a relatively light engine, has trouble getting up the slope from standstill. From our pitch we have a view of the barrier and see that many more people suffer from this. If the entrance and exit barrier were reversed, this problem would be solved. All in all, I would normally give the campground four stars, but the fact that no one was accessible tonight costs them two stars. Update: Made the above known at the front desk this morning. It turned out that I had called the wrong number. They have now added English text to the emergency number upon request. I felt heard at reception and was kindly helped with this complaint.... Too bad the next evening the light in the sanitary building didn't work either. I change the 2 stars to 4 stars.

Laten we beginnen met de activiteiten, pak een SUP of kajak en geniet van het meer, het is ondiep genoeg dat de meeste kinderen ouder dan 8 kunnen opstaan in het water. De hutten zelf, zijn klein maar echt goed doordacht, met genoeg ruimte voor 4 comfortabel en 6 in een knijp. De kookfaciliteiten in de culinaire villa's waren geweldig, met een keramische bbq en gasgrill, plus de manier waarop het park is ontworpen, de meeste terrassen hebben enige mate van privacy. Het is heel gemakkelijk om vanaf hier met de trein of met de auto naar Amsterdam te reizen, maar u bent hier echt om te genieten van de relatieve rust van het platteland. Het eigen restaurant serveert heerlijke pizza's en drankjes. En je kunt ook hallo zeggen tegen de ezel, paard, pony, koe, schapen en varkens, waar de kinderen van hielden! En een kleine tip, het restaurant aan de overkant van Terrawolde was spectaculair!

Dat je een compleet huisje voor jezelf had en het zo mooi was neergelegd.

Het resort is prachtig gedaan en verzorgd, omgeven door prachtige natuur. We hielden van onze stijlvolle accommodatie die het comfort dat we nodig en verwacht. Verbazingwekkende bonus was dat honden ook werden toegestaan en onze zoon had een geweldige tijd spelen, het zien van alle verschillende dieren en kanoën. We hebben de keuken gebruikt en de meeste avonden gekookt, maar we hebben ook genoten van eten in het restaurant op het terrein.

With its excellent location, the campsite offers spacious, shaded pitches. The services and activities on offer are varied and suitable for everyone. The team is highly professional and very pleasant.

Wonderful campsite! Accomodation spacious, modern and clean. Friendly staff. Enjoyed m week vacation at your park. Definitely worth repeating!

An absolutely stunning campsite. Couldn't fault the pitches and facilities at all. Some of the best we've used. Sadly they placed us, and numerous other couples (middle to old aged and with very young children who needed to sleep at night) right next to the play park. Constant noise all day until after midnight. A dumping ground for kids whos parents didn't want to occupy their children. The entertainment was VERY loud especially the non stop drumming session for well over an hour one night with 30 kids all banging drums in no fashion! Then you were left with the older kids 11+ playing football and swearing and shouting until well after midnight. Our camper got hit numerous times by the ball, yes leaving dents and a broken roof vent! Then we all had to listen to the kids f'ing all night. Not a pleasant experience. When mentioned to an older guy that worked there I was told what did I expect! It was a family park. He didn't like the fact that I pointed out that not every family consists of 2 adults and 3 screaming/swearing kids! He did enjoy slagging me off to his colleague who was cleaning the toilets though! Yes I can understand Dutch! The park simply need to think about where they place adult only/with young babies/older couples. We were 1 of 6 'families' near the play area who all complained to no avail to male employees (no we are not just a miserable old couple who like to complain!) If this is resolved it will be the best site around.

Superb campsite, very clean and full of flowers. Top restaurant with superb ice creams and a very varied menu.

No WiFi, dirty toilets. Cold showers. No security at night which makes it absurdly long restless. Reception refuses to speak anything but French.

Excellent weeks had at the Bosgrave.
