Kemp super, čiste socialní zařízení, kuchyňka na umývání nádobí včetně myčky. Pracky, sušičky. Welnes - bazén vnitřní i venkovní, včetně několika saun. Pro děti velké herny.Moznost doplnění plynových lahví, dovoz pečiva. Lyžárna, vysoušeče bot. Skibus zastavuje hned u kempu. Lyžařské středisko Nassfeeld z Tropolochu, Milenium express, vzdálené od kempu 11km. Velke dostatečné parkoviste, z větší vzdálenosti vas přiblíží vláček. Možnost zakoupení skipasů na recepci v kempu. Strávili jsme 7 noci a velká spokojenost. Jsme zde už po několikáté, a určitě zase rádi přijedeme.

Our experience staying in the small cabin on this campsite was mixed. On the positive side, the campsite is centrally located and well-connected to public transportation, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The quiet hours in the evening created a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. However, there are some aspects that could be improved. For instance, after 8 PM, you are not allowed to leave the campsite, and calling for assistance to leave after this time did not work as no one answered. The cleaning policy is also a bit inconvenient: cleaning the cabin before arrival and after departure requires an additional fee. If you opt not to pay, you’ll need to clean the cabin yourself, but unfortunately, there were no adequate cleaning supplies provided. The cabin itself was smaller than expected; the rooms looked much bigger in the photos online. Additionally, we had to make the beds ourselves, which wasn’t an issue for us, but if you want them made for you, that’s another paid service. Upon arrival, we noticed some hygiene concerns, such as an unpleasant smell in the cabin and mold in the shower, which detracted from the experience. The internet connection was quite poor, and some essentials were missing in the cabin, requiring us to visit the reception multiple times to ask for them. A more detailed explanation during check-in about how to leave the cabin and what is expected of guests would have been helpful and saved us some confusion. Conclusion: The campsite has great potential, especially with its central location and friendly staff. However, the smaller-than-expected cabin size, hygiene issues, and service limitations could be addressed to make the stay more enjoyable.

A campsite in Strasbourg that is open all year round.

Great vacation park. Everything neat and well taken care of. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. Also the prices are just good compared to similar parks. For us the only park that we really recommend.

We stayed there New Year's Eve 2024 with 11-month-old baby and a dog. Positives: - Very friendly staff. - Nicely cared for park with nice modern cottages. - Park is nicely decorated now with the holidays. - Parking available at cottage (in our case). - Jumbo nearby and small staffless store at the park. - Fine Italian restaurant on park with extended hours. - No fireworks on the park, though outside. But I noticed that staff kept a firm eye on it, very nice since we came for this among other things. - Roermond 25 minutes, Venlo (recommended!) 15 minutes . - We had (despite it being mentioned somewhere in the conditions and we had filtered on this when booking) not indicated that we were bringing a dog, the staff member called her manager and the owner of the cottage and we were fortunately able to stay. Cons (for us, and perhaps useful to say it was in winter): - Very basic, small and outdated staffless pool. Just a fairly small standard pool with a shallow baby pool attached and 5 changing rooms. The water was at the same temperature (quite cold) in both pools. No slides, diving board, toys or anything available. - For our 11 month old baby, the pool was way too cold, so were the showers. - Little to do at the park except a staffless craft area. Couple of small playgrounds, two enclosed animal pastures and a large outdoor pond with small climbing apparatus and thus the pool, but compared to other parks little to do. - Our cottage (Cube la Mer, number 145) was modern but very cheap and basic: no good beds, worn and damaged couch, no cozy decor. Spacious closet though.

An incredibly beautiful place with everything the whole family could wish for! You can really feel at home here and no wish remains unfulfilled 👍🏼

Beautiful well maintained campsite with something for everyone and very friendly staff

We stayed with camper , normal size pitches . Services just enough :sinks for piati with Hot water . Machine to wash and Asugatrice for a fee . Sink for hand washing very small with cold Aqua.Showers clean but not functional , badly adjusted in practice și wash the wall dificile to use , in practice to wash you have to keep one hand on robineto make the aqua flow.Prezo exaggerated for based season .

I can't say anything negative about the marina, everything was good.

Camping

We were here over Christmas and New Year. The pitches for motorhomes are very nice. This applies to the location and the substructure of the pitches. Thanks to the grass pavers used, you don't sink in, the motorhome stands upright and you don't get your feet wet in the muddy grass. Well done. Most motorhome pitches have electricity and water directly at the pitch. Also great. You don't have to drive around to fill up with water. The sanitary facilities are no longer brand new but are clean and well maintained. The showers have REALLY hot water. I'm a self-confessed hot shower fan and actually had to add some cold water. Absolutely great. What I also noticed very positively: there are lots of garbage cans and ashtrays on the pitch. Probably one of the reasons for the cleanliness. I can't say anything about the cabins. And now a comment on the aircraft noise. It was half as bad and did NOT spoil the vacation enjoyment. And now a comment on the aircraft noise complainers. People, if you are so sensitive, then find another place. Why don't you look in Google Maps beforehand to see where and how the place is located (that was put kindly. But only because Google otherwise doesn't release it / I personally would formulate it differently). All in all, we really enjoyed it and will come back if we end up in this area again.

We had high expectations for our stay in this vacation park, but unfortunately they were not fulfilled at all. Upon arrival, our accommodation turned out to be extremely dirty. The house had clearly not been cleaned, there were even stains in the toilet. In addition, the beds were completely worn out. You could feel every spring prickling, which made sleeping almost impossible. Also, the furniture was badly outdated and no longer in good condition. We had specifically chosen this resort because of the pool, but the heat element did not work. As a result, the water was freezing cold, and our children could not swim. This was a huge disappointment for us, as this was supposed to be an important part of our vacation. With all these complaints, we went to the front desk hoping for a solution or some form of compensation. To our surprise we received no help at all, we were simply referred to contact via email. This is unacceptable, as we were dealing with these problems during our stay and needed immediate help. Moreover, our friends, who stayed in another accommodation, had exactly the same complaints. Their accommodation was also dirty, the furniture was badly worn, and the overall condition of the house was poor. This confirms that the quality and maintenance of the accommodations in this resort is structurally substandard. I find it extremely sad how this was handled and would absolutely not recommend this vacation park. Service, hygiene and customer friendliness leave a lot to be desired.
