First the good. The cottage was clean, tidy, and the staff friendly.|However, there was a load of heavy fireworks set off from a neighboring house (Immenweg 7), which gave us - and at least dozens of other guests with dogs - an unpleasant time.|Next year at home or another park.

What a dirty mess, toilets did not flush, a terrible smell! No light in the building in the evening and no washing up possibility? |Pitches very muddy and we had to be dragged out (several Campers) the mud was all over the sanitary building, and no cleaning. Never seen anything so dirty. Nuisance guests were not addressed, the driveway an ice rink when slippery very terrible mess.

Stay was Sept 2024 |14 days |Having heard so many people say this campsite was the cream of all campsites we had to try. |From the beginning. |Welcome staff on arrival where completely off! Didn't want to help, left us on side of road for 40mins, that we decided to drag our suitcases and kids and walk to our lodge which was run by HU Opemair(Human Travel) well it was so nice to see a friendly face.|Firstly campsite is super clean, our lodge was very clean. Campsite it self is beautifully presented. Holiday was such a let down due to how rude staff amd german people were towards us. Staff constantly brushed us off and acting like they really didn't want to help. We were constantly sent in circles or given miss information so we stopped asking for help. We constantly wondered what we were doing wrong until someone said they dont like cause they think your English. English or Irish we paid 3k to stay in your 5 star resort.|Everyday someone made comments or complaints about our son who is non verbal autism. At one point someone suggested that i take off my sons ear defenders!!!! Avoid this place at all costs. Stick with Sanguli they have you covered in every aspect of your stay. |P.s shout out to staff and food at Al Mare restaurant they were so kind and food was amazing x

We had booked a Secret parc. A midweek in the Christmas vacations. When we were told that we were going to Zuiderzee and saw the reviews of this park, we feared the worst.... Upon arrival at the park and in chalet 714 we were positively surprised. What a beautiful park! Chalet neat, cozy and clean. No broken or dirty furniture. Lovely quiet location. Only drawback is the swimming pool. Changing rooms are dirty, cold and small. The pool is especially cold, very cold.

After booking and paying for my stay, the host cancelled my stay and to date I have not received a refund. Very unprofessional approach to the customer. Very poor contact. I would not recommend

Beautiful campsite, everything you need!

Service tries to do well and is always friendly no matter how rotten it is. Vacation with the holidays was roundly a big fiasco!!! Cottage super rancid, toilet contained urine when entering and discovered the next day that rim was all orange and coffee machine was also used. Dust nests along all ceilings, vacuum cleaner was completely mistreated and bag had been sitting crooked for a while. Pans were missing, oven dishes badly damaged, fridge clearly on life support incl missing shelf and poorly closing freezer compartment. Gas burners not adjusted properly so there was almost no difference. Cvv second day fixed, after Christmas got new combi but soon got the same malfunctions and also did not heat up properly, conclusion after some trial and error is that the power distribution in the cottage is not going well and everything must be off before the oven can function properly so also had to give up the jacuzzi for a late Christmas dinner.... before it was back on and warm the day or evening was over. Bathroom overdue maintenance and so nice mold in the kit and stains everywhere, electricity hung loose (spotlight), socket did not work. Toilet and furniture at toddler height. Your knees in your neck. Creaky floors, everything was finished crookedly and nice breeze even though everything was closed. Thin bedding, mattresses terrible, one creaked terribly, another had no dust times on the springs and one was a nail bed with pit. Toppers are not provided nor on with payment. The carbite is not ordinary carbite but complete bomb installations at neighboring farms and more than 1 per residence + Lunteren is really terribly fanatical with fireworks and too close.... Just whole December is old and new. Finally at 5am it calmed down, unfortunately even the heaviest medication from vet was not enough for our dog (built up since October and further even heavier all the days before New Year's Eve). Dog did not dare to walk in the area despite it being green but the park has no neighbors who set off their fireworks only on New Year's Eve. Every day discovered something that didn't do at all what it was for or damaged something on or about it. The stress, pain and obstacles were totally not worth it. They also forgot to provide us with welcome packet and had to go home one more time for toilet paper on Sunday because we were already 2 days late checking in because me husband's back had gone and the day after one more time going home to get a topper. Didn't sleep a wink night 1. 5 person was way too tight for it, tried though. Only pluses of the vacation - the cottage was waterproof, the snert, chocomel and glow wine offered at the reception on some days were appreciated by friends, Dishwasher functioned despite being very simmering. You can go horseback riding at the park, which is also really nice we discovered that after a few days and the laundromat was open on New Year's Eve. 4.50 for an hour of washing 🤪

Unfortunately, this campsite is not a good choice for dog owners on New Year's Eve. There is a lot of banging in the area, which can be very stressful for sensitive dogs and their owners. Quiet and relaxed holidays are hardly possible here. We had hoped to spend New Year's Eve in a quieter environment, but the volume of fireworks was very intense. Despite our efforts to calm our dog, the night was exhausting for all of us. On a positive note, the site itself might be a good place to camp at other times of the year. But for a stress-free New Year's Eve with a pet, alternatives that are explicitly firework-free should be considered.

Good campsite on the banks of the Ourthe, close to the village. The sanitary facilities are well maintained, with hot showers. Friendly reception. The only negative point is the quality of the free Wifi, which is rather unstable and of uncertain performance. Unfortunately, Proximus GSM coverage is deplorable, barely EDGE, but the campsite is not responsible for this.

Really nothing about it, not that whole park. You go there for the location and the very nice cottages. The park itself is nicely maintained, looks fine, but there is news to experience. High work bus content.

This glamping is magnificent! The Hanna cabins are very cute and very well equipped, it is well located 5 min walk from the beach, and to explore the magnificent villages of the Costa del Sol. I especially wanted to thank the animators of the Kid's club, Juan and Marina, my daughter had a great time with them, varied and fun activities such as painting, dancing, mini disco. I highly recommend it to those who have children!!!! We will be back for sure!
