Super Camping Platz

We just stayed the Camper in a place with bathroom facilities. They were excellent.

We had booked a premium pitch here for five days, but broke off our stay after two days. For us, the noise level on and around the campsite was unacceptable. You can hear road traffic, freight trains and a disco. There was also loud music at the pool and sometimes from the bar. The train to the beach runs far too infrequently and the beach itself is unfortunately not nice. We were very disappointed with everything. I was then given contact details at reception so that I could contact Baiaholiday's customer service for a refund of the stay I had already paid for. I was then rudely turned away with the comment that a solution should have been found on site, the reception had offered me this and I had refused. That is simply a lie. All in all, an unpleasant vacation experience.

Very nice campsite and location

2nd year here. Good campsite where we were quiet even if it was less quiet than last summer. Swimming pool, very disappointed because the paddling pool is not heated and the water is really frozen! If I'd known this last summer, we wouldn't have come back because I couldn't get my 10-month-old baby to swim in it. I think it's a bit much for a campsite to have an unheated paddling pool for babies. Of the 2 large pools, only one is heated, which means that everyone is crammed into one. The pediluve was dirty for 2 days in a row. The shower above the pediluve has not worked or been repaired in 2 weeks. This is a real lack of hygiene. Service for pastries and 1st necessity products always as good. The sanitary facilities are clean and spacious, and the convenience of the shared freezer for bottled water is much appreciated.

I liked: Quiet place, large and clean bathrooms, good information from the reception, there are activities for children. Disliked: The only downside is that there are not let you have the car in YOUR plot (or is what they tell you at reception), but many people leave their car on the plot and you feel like you pay less than them .... I understand that they do not leave them in the glamping area, as they are glued to the tents and there is no room... But my car and another one are in my pitch.

We spent a week at the campsite. ||Top: beautiful surroundings. Fine atmosphere as befits hutopia. Beautiful warm pool with special view. Bread service is top. ||You walk in a few minutes to the great beautiful lake. ||Tip: be prepared for many small children (noise).|Do not stand on a spot along the main road. A lot of noise.|In the middle of the campsite there is a children's hour every morning at 10 am and in the evening. This creates a lot of noise if you are on the camping area.|Camping spots are courtyards in a street. Many dark spots and little to no view.

Highly recommended campsite, very quiet and equipped with all the necessary facilities: hot showers, always clean bathrooms and even swimming pool included in the price. The owner is a super nice person and willing to help and accommodate all requests.

An adorable village surrounded by butterflies. We were a couple in a cahute, for a calm and relaxing stay. Lots of families with young children, which works well together. Various activities. Cool lake. A convenient electric vehicle charging station for a fee.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff,washing up area good,very big site and busy,Chinese restaurant on site food lovely. Disliked: Very busy and toilets and showers very busy most of the time and needing a little cleaning,as such a big site more facilities would be better.
