The tent, the staff (helpful), the pool.

We spent 2 weeks at this campsite and it was great. The kids loved it and so did the parents, the entertainment was top-notch, and the welcome was warm and friendly. The whole team listened to our needs and comments to give us great memories. An experience worth repeating.

Update: Upon checking out, we were nicely compensated for the below. This also without asking! We really like and appreciate this very much. So the service of the park is fine 😊. Unfortunately we had a very disappointing start to the vacation. From the "beautiful accommodations", as they say themselves, came little. There was an awful lot of (old) dust in the bungalow. There was poor vacuuming. Along the edges of the living room and under the couch were still crumbs and other debris. Under the bed there was still a child's boot from previous occupants. Fortunately, a camp bed had been set up because the original wooden crib was also again full of dust, as were the night lights above the bed, the rest of the bed frame and on/against the walls. The dining room table felt extremely sticky and there was a lot of food residue in the cracks. The mattress was moldy and the bed slopes toward the middle. We filed the complaints at the front desk. By the way, at the front desk they were nice. They had the mattresses exchanged and sent a cleaning crew. Unfortunately, they only came with a cloth and some cleaning stuff which did not solve the dust and dirt problem. Went to the reception again. Asked for another cottage but nothing was available outside an old mobile home? Finally we got a dinner gift but well of course that doesn't solve anything. The cottage was eventually vacuumed and mopped and some extra dust was swept. The house really needs more maintenance to get it clean. We left it at this because we didn't want to spend the whole vacation working on it. I would really advise against booking the baby and child bungalow. It is really not worth the €800.00 for a week. The positive point is the facilities on the park, the many playgrounds and the location. Nothing wrong with that. The restaurant was also fine. The food was tasty and the service neat and nice. Fortunately, the kitchen equipment was also neatly clean, as was the bathroom. In short, the cottage was not in the condition you should expect for the amount you have to pay. On social media and the website it looks far too rosy unfortunately.

The best thing is the children's entertainment. Really well organized and everyone always tries to make the children happy. The children's disco is a must! :-) Thank you for the wonderful time!

The houseboat was super equipped, cozy and clean! The outdoor furniture was also just great, even when it rained you could use it again a short time later. What's great are the handcarts, as the walk is very long if you have to bring everything to the houseboat.

Almost 40 years ago when I was a teenager I was here 1 week on holiday with a group op 30 people and we had a wonderful time here .. After all these years I wanted to go back and see how it was changed. The field we were based on was still there !

Peace and nature

A beautiful place, but there is a lack of organization. Even at check-in, it was very chaotic. You first have to wait a relatively long time at the information desk and then fill in everything you've already filled in online again. Then you have to pick up the key separately on the opposite side via whatever you have booked... ... when we arrived it was really raining, we had no idea where to go, so only in 2 wrong registrations. Of course nobody was there at ours and the office was locked, we called a number twice ... in vain. Eventually a lady came and unlocked the office so that we finally got our keys. It is advertised with pictures on the inet that do not belong to the accommodation. We booked one accommodation and were given a completely different, smaller one. From the outside the picture matched (internet) but the inside was completely different, so we had no room as a family. The house was dirty and full of mold. The windows and some walls were completely wet! So we went to the information office, but even there nobody wanted to be responsible for us, we should come back tomorrow morning. After we had cleaned everything in the house and moved in, we went to the information office the next morning with pictures of the accommodation. After a long back and forth we got a new house, but had to book an additional 170 euros! No sign of goodwill. The place itself is really beautiful and in a great location. The food is best in the restaurant at the back! We were here for the 2nd time with 2 families, but I think this was the last time...

Not very busy at this time of year, but a very well-equipped mobile home, a very friendly receptionist and a mini farm at the campsite that children love.

We were there with the motorhome like every year. Beautiful pitch, right on the lake and located between Bardolino and Lazise. Unfortunately the sanitary facilities are a bit outdated but clean.
