This was the 3rd time here and what a nasty aftertaste it left! We joined the Bingo the last day, paid a lot of money for it. We had a table that looked out onto the open kitchen and we saw that there was a fire breaking out but no one from the staff did anything so we assumed that maybe it was part of the food preparation. Until suddenly we all had to be evacuated. Children totally panicked. Fire department arrived and after more than an hour outside we were told by the Bingo woman that we would get 2/3 of our money back and we could enter the restaurant. I am a lung patient myself so my sister didn't dare to go in. And sure enough, the restaurant found it necessary to also charge us, with a discount but still outrageous! Money from the Bingo was also not correct. Got this nicely mentioned the day after but mw thought she had solved it nicely. Park manager Rob Uitvlugt said: you have already had discount! Have now sent them 2 mails but actually we may pinch our hands with the discount on drinks and bit of money back Bingo. They really ruined the end of our vacation! That your PRIO lies with collecting money instead of your customers I find really terrible!

Very nice campsite in the chestnut forest. Well-kept, shady pitches, very clean sanitary facilities. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We managed the access road from Clermont-Ferrand with our 14m long and 2.5m wide caravan without any problems.

The campsite itself is very good, with a lovely heated swimming pool. I would put a reservation on the mobile home in which several things were missing including teaspoons, only one, and no one came to bring us more. I was disappointed by this attitude. It's these little details that make the difference.

Super campsite, impossible for a child to get bored there!!!! Swimming pool with waterslide, very large outdoor play area and also a very large indoor play area, beautiful pitches, quiet, top-notch sanitary facilities and very clean👍

Nice cozy home with a lovely sauna and hot tub. We had some problems with electricity and we call the service number and within 10 minutes someone came to fix it. Very satisfied.

Class , just brilliant, can't fault it , we went in September, weather was ok but it didn't really matter, great spot. A deep pool for jumping in and out of would make it even better

The made beds and the box of shampoo ed does very welcoming on arrival at the cottage. The surroundings are beautiful, a beautiful place in the Limburg countryside. And everything easily accessible: Maastricht, Valkenburg, Margraten.

Stunning and beautiful. Always worth a stop when in the Cotswolds.

Very friendly and very helpful staff. Pitch a bit bumpy. Could be a bit dodgy in the rain. Excellent bus service to Colmar. Nice pool and bar.

Terrible! 1. At the Night of our arrival, the door of the garden fence was locked and no key was provided. Nobody answered the phone. We hat to climb over the garden fence to come into our house. 2. no toilet paper was provided in the room. We had to go to the automatic to buy toilet paper. And guess what? The toilet paper stacked in the machine and won’t come out. 3. we complained about the issue on the next day and received no apologies. When we mentioned the toilet paper which stacked in the machine, the lady from the reception told us that we should call the number on the automatic, Topparken will not give us any refund. Never ever again.

Best to book if you have a camper van longer than 7 m Wi-Fi not available everywhere Very well located for visiting Siena, with a bus stop near the campsite and a supermarket a 15-minute walk away.
