The place is very well maintained, sanitary super clean, all very friendly and well located

Nice quiet park, nice to do many things by bike. Also nice to start the morning with a walk in the neighborhood. The complaint regarding the sink was resolved quickly and well.

Beautiful resort with its own section of beach. Pitch in the off-season for free choice, price/performance absolutely okay. The surrounding villages are within easy walking distance via the beach promenade. The only drawback: sometimes very loud in the evening due to the many school classes.

Restaurant is too bad for even mention it

After I booked through booking.com I received as many as 10 emails. Even though I had entered that I would arrive at 4:00 pm (you can only check in from 4:00 pm) I was already getting calls asking if I knew what time I would arrive. Asked when booking if extra attention could be paid to cleaning since I have a dust allergy. Under the big bed was full of dust. This caused me to sleep in one other bedroom where the latch on the inside did not work and I was locked in. So had to kick the door open to get out. Also, the bathroom stank tremendously. Reported both cleaning,broken latch and smell. People from technical service very friendly, no cleaning seen. If you book 2 nights you should expect more than a sorry for this kind of inconvenience. Nice park and nice location but not for me again....

Contrary to the 3-star rage, we had a pleasant stay. Despite our late arrival (October 10) and their approaching closure (October 13), the person at reception was available and pleasant. The campsite itself is modestly sized and flat, and although the pool is small, you don't come to a campsite by the ocean to go swimming... well, to each his own 😉 The only downside, but you can't do anything about it, is that there's no anti-nature spray, it's... a mosquito farm. Devoid of mosquito nets, got itchy all 3 days 😬

Beautiful campground, but inconvenient for services,not so functional as being terraced with the camper is inconvenient,in some turns I had to maneuver,on the other hand a lot of green.

We want to give an objective assessment. This campsite may be fine for families with children, but it's not for people looking for peace and quiet. Some of the children run around on your pitch and the parents say nothing about it. We find that disrespectful. This has already happened several times. In addition, some people still don't keep to the peace at night. Some of the sanitary facilities are outdated, for example old hairdryers and so on. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not nearly right here, even the smallest rebooking or the smallest request is charged. There are much better campsites here. The pitches themselves are also very poor in terms of green space, everything is very cramped. The negative aspects simply outweigh the positive ones.

Unfortunately it's no longer open! Just the end of the session! But a great burst and we recommend it to others! Unconditional

Beautifully situated in the forest!

We recently bought a tourer and spent 3 excellent stays on Warren Farm. This is clearly the best site in Brean.Plenty of walks, the beach is just across the road. Toilet blocks are superb, and close to the 'top end' of Brean which we prefer. We will be back soon. 10/10.
