Fine quiet campground. The sanitary building is a bit spartan.

This campsite met all our expectations. Very well located and pleasant to live in the middle of nature.

Nice camping, but very crowded in the main season. Swimming pools are getting to small for the amount of people. Camping was fully booked, full streets, full restaurants and so on. Accommodation was clean and nice. There are a lot of hills on this camping and getting around takes some effort and time.

The Urban Gardens campsite is located on the outskirts of Ghent. The city is around 4.5 km away and is easy to reach by bike. The campsite itself is divided into small areas, with eight mobile homes in one area. The electricity pillars are located to the side of these areas, sometimes requiring long cables of around 30 meters. When it rains, the pitches are under water and it is very muddy! We had booked a paved pitch, but only the bikes were on a paved surface and it was very muddy all around the vehicle. There are several sanitary buildings on the site. The older ones are a bit outdated, but if you go to the end of the campsite, you will find a relatively new sanitary building which is really clean and very inviting. My photos show the old sanitary buildings. 6-minute showers and electricity are always included in the overnight price. However, I think €161 for three nights is very expensive.

The campsite has changed a lot, it's all mobile homes, there are hardly any places for tent camping, and the mobiles are so close that you can see what your neighbor is eating on his plate, which is not good.

The location is quiet. The cottages are very nice

Unfortunately it rained a lot, everything was wet and the ground was soft, making the descent a bit slippery. Had nothing from the site, just stayed overnight.

Been there many times. Still as satisfied as ever. Very beautiful location. Friendly and helpful operators when needed.

Bjr , the pitches are quite large and the campsite is well served by cycle paths 👍🏻. Direct access to the beach from the campsite. I recommend it 100%.

Our chalet was close to several playgrounds (well they are every so many meters) so our 2 year old male had a great time! Chalet was nice and spacious/clean. Very nice garden where we spent many hours. Nice that you can do pretty much everything through the app. Also used the bike rental, great cycling through the area. Really had a vacation feeling. Swimming pools have fun activities for the kids.
