Het Amsterdamse BosDirty...dust, mold and other residue everywhere...never come back here again sorry. Oh and the code of the barrier didn't work after day 1 so we had to ring the bell only they answered after 30 minutes....

Vakantiepark Klein StrandUnlike others, no issue with the site, the showers are operated via a code an not card, the site is large and flat, good sized pitches, reception is easy to find and staff helpful, good location in Jabbeke with easy transport links to Bruge, then from there to Ghent and Brussels. The cafe bar Concordia is just down the road for the Belgian cafe experience and we'll worth a visit. It will be a busy site when full, we had a quite week beginning of October.

Houseboat Marina Mookerplas
Marina MookerplasWell-equipped houseboat. Good cleanliness. View of woods was nice, but I had hoped for view of lake-now only via bedroom.... It is adventurous to stay on such a houseboat, the location offers privacy. Except for the military aircraft, it was peaceful and quiet. Access via gangways was good as long as it didn't snow or freeze. Was glad I could drive the car at the little harbor to unload luggage (am mobility limited) and get help on departure to bring the luggage upstairs!

Goed geoutilleerde woonboot. Goed schoon. Uitzicht op bossen was aardig, maar ik had gehoopt op uitzicht op de plas- nu alleen via slaapkamer.. Het is avontuurlijk om op zo een woonboot verblijven, de ligging biedt privacy. Behalve de militaire vliegtuigen was het er rustig en stil. Toegang via loopplanken was goed zolang het niet ging sneeuwen of ijzelde. Was blij dat ik de auto bij het haventje kon rijden om de bagage uit te laden (ben mobiel beperkt) en bij vertrek hulp kreeg om de bagage naar boven te brengen!
