We stayed with 1 adult and two children aged 9 and 10 in the ichneumon. A nice "tree house" where the top bunk bed is very cramped though. With wobbly steps in front of it. Not really safe. The campground looks very tidy and quiet. Beautiful plantings, flowers so plenty of butterflies and birds. Small local store at the reception. Nice picnic table at accommodation with umbrella hole but even with summer weather no umbrella to borrow.... Nice playgrounds for children up to about 8 years old. Reported in advance that we wanted to use the free play time in the outdoors. Initially promised to join us for a round on the real court, later there was no time..... flyswatter / mosquito swatter missing from inventory as well as a tray and umbrella. Discovered another badly cleaned saucepan, so to what extent the control of the kitchen stuff are? For cleaning you do pay €25

Noisy group. Plot not really ideal, way too close together. Not recommended this.

Pleasant campsite, very green and wooded, with large pitches and modern sanitary facilities. Nice swimming pool. The cycle path just behind the campsite is a great way to get to Mont St Michel. The possibility of ordering bread for the next day is very much appreciated. The only downside is the price, which is a little higher than average for comparable services.

Beautiful campsite with shady spots in the forest, pool and delicious cuisine. Mariam and Timon are helpful, dedicated and very friendly hosts. We would love to come back.

A little expensive but well located.

We celebrated our wedding last July 5 at Tiny Parks. What a wonderful day we had. The weather wasn't quite right, but everyone from the organization was super accommodating and we even got a little sunshine during the ceremony. Super sweet staff that was there for us all day. The food was great and so was the breakfast. All the guests and of course we thought it was a magical place. We will definitely come back with our family, and I think more of our guests. Thank you so much!

A very nice and varied campsite. From basic pitches right through to pitches with a private toilet and shower, although lacking in a mains water connection which would make them perfect. Mains hook up is also blue plug and 16a. From a personal point of view the only down side is no restaurant or takeaway on site, but a pizza van on Sunday & Monday and burger Tuesday with sausage on Wednesday does help. The pitches are all well sized and the site has access to the walk along the river. Six miles to Mt. St. Michael and 500 metres to Pontorson, which does have quite a few restaurants.

Our preseason 2024 is over. Farewell to our friends and to the campground where we have enjoyed camping for over 12 years. Watched our grandchildren grow up, made new friends and have fond memories. We had to buy another ground sheet for grass under the awning and we were not the only one who had to pay 93 euros extra. In May we received an email informing us that a preseason was no longer offered in 2025. If you wanted to book for the same period and the same spot you could take an option for 48 hours; if you wanted the same spot you had to make a down payment immediately. With the huge price increase for a preseason place 2024 was 1230,- euro and a preseason place in 2025 became 2059,- euro. At the Achterste Hoef, it's all about money. An increase of 67.4% is unaffordable for some families. Why such a high increase? Is that there is now that worthless music playing in the toilets and a few flowers have been placed? For a lot of campers, no more Achterste Hoef. The price increase is disproportionate to what the Achterste Hoef holds up to its campers in the brochure. A swimming pool where the water in the indoor pool is very cold and the paint is peeling, in need of maintenance. Wifi has been bad for years when you make a report; you are told that it is being worked on; tomorrow a mechanic will come; is a myth. Toilet buildings that are poorly maintained; regularly stink of urine and maintained by a lady who can't even say hello properly and fleetingly runs through the building with a cloth and then goes back to smoking. Things are rumbling at the Achterste Hoef. The regulars seemingly have to make room for guests who pay more for a spot . The 2024 season was a special one. For example, we were surprised on Saturday morning - finally nice weather - with the lawnmower leaving a cloud of dust behind. An employee who cycled by and came to inspect the slide and seesaw, so to speak, was a laugh. You got the feeling you were being spied on. Also, campers who have annual pitches know that these are no longer offered. They notice that there are double standards. Most campers would have understood an increase in fees but not a 67.4% increase. I do not fill out the requested review from you as a negative review is not posted. There is no bad one, I think you fill them in yourselves. No more Achterste Hoef for us.
