Contrary to our first visit in June, during which everything went perfectly, this time was quite different. Last time, it was a completely carefree and relaxing holiday, but this time we had a few issues to point out. 1. The towel and bed linen change did not take place at all and only happened after we asked several times. 2. Cars were parked in front of our mobile home, not in the designated parking spaces, blocking the view and the walkway. Despite sending three emails about this, nothing was done. We believe that especially point 2 is something you should consider addressing more effectively in the future. Despite these issues, we would still like to return and hope that these shortcomings will be resolved by then and that everything will be as great as during last year.

Be careful when reserving pitches. A reservation fee of €200 is charged when reserving a specific pitch number, which is then NOT deducted from the total cost, which in my opinion is a very unreasonable fee that bears no relation to the service provided. For us, this means .... looking for an alternative. And we've already found one......👍

The campsite itself is beautiful and within walking distance a nice village. We had booked accommodation Arizona but with these cottages you have almost no space "outside". Our cottage had I think the narrowest strip, here you could not sit with a chair or table. I find the cottages really overpriced because of this, because you really get a confined feeling.

If you don't expect anything at all, you've come to the right place. Everything kept simple . Shower and toilet not clean and in need of renovation ! Even with really quiet music you are asked to turn it down (8:30 pm.). What is nice are the large squares and the natural surroundings.

Top campsite! Very good restaurant, nice pool and river. The location is really beautiful..nature, quiet and relaxed atmosphere at the campsite.

Very pleasant site, very well maintained and very well located, both close to the town center and in the countryside. Clean, pleasant mobile home perfect for a family holiday. Very pleasant team

Spacious, shady pitch, warm welcome, clean sanitary facilities, nearby village with market and shops. Very pleasant stay, ideal for visiting the Loire castles.

Top campsite, Super service. Neat clean, no trash to be seen.

Fine medium-sized quiet campground with friendly Dutch owners. We visited in spring (2025) just as the weather was getting nice. Nice/lovely swimming pool. Spacious pitches. Beautiful nature and wonderful hiking. You have to be reasonably agile because of distances and height differences on the campsite. Camp store more for emergencies. Supermarket 20 minutes drive so combine with car trip and shop for several days. Sandwich service perfect. Sanitary facilities clean and sufficient

December 2024. Place booked for September 2025. Wonder what will be there then. Update as of 2-9-2022. Due to the heat and drought, there is practically no grass left. But it is still a large, quiet and beautiful campground. Wifi is still not included with the pitch, unfortunately. Update as of 16-9-2021. The grass was recently mowed, but the grass clippings are not collected and thus left behind. Especially now with lots of dew, you keep walking the clippings in. Many campsites have a mowing machine with a collection tray for the clippings. Should be allowed here too with the large lawns. Update as of 1-9-2021. Have now arrived for about 2 months. Spacious sites, nice and clean plumbing. The only minus point: there is no free WiFi. My experience is that many campsites do offer that for free these days to check email for example. Visited in November 2020 on a drizzly day to look for a 2021 pitch. Kindly received at the reception and thought along regarding a nice pitch. As far as I can tell now the campsite looks fine, good pitches and beautiful nature. Not able to rate the facilities, but for what I could see it will be fine. Once I go camping there, I will try to update the review if needed.
