It's really nice there. You are greeted in a friendly manner at reception. Right next to it are the animals, who greet you loudly. It's not crowded at all in October, so you can use the playgrounds almost on your own. The houses are great and No. 143 in particular is beautifully situated. After the bad reviews about the cleanliness, I imagined it to be much worse. The food in the restaurant was also delicious!

We particularly liked the selection of houses. You can choose the right house to suit your needs. We also really liked the bread delivery service. We would come again.

After several requests to issue an invoice, we were simply refused on site and subsequently by email and chat, which is certainly questionable under tax law! The cleanliness, the inventory and the service also left a lot to be desired! The only positive thing was the parking space at the house for the car.

Vi lå der med husbilen vår en natt i slutten av september med kun noen få andre gjester. Vi kom sent og dro tidlig så vi kan ikke si så mye om service eller fasiliteter. Det så ut som om det var en del for barn å holde på med. Og det var en flott liten hundepark inne på området! Topp for oss med hund!

Relatively expensive, despite low season. Sanitary facilities old. Restaurant okay at best, the pizza was expensive and tasteless. Dogs are only allowed on the beach in the evening and morning. There was a party in the adjacent beach bar with loud music until late at night. We would have liked to have been informed about this at check-in.

I would say everything really perfect!!! The place is outstanding, really!!! The food prepared with a lot of taste and love, all very very good and fresh with very good quality food. Staff really in the way, simple but intuitive about any need that the customer may have. To highlight cleanliness and hygiene really top notch. We will see you again soon!!!

A new Huttopia for us, we have now stayed at 16 Huttopias. This one lived up to expectations. It is situated in a stunning setting with plenty to do on and off site. We rented a canvas tent, which was immaculate on our arrival. The campsite was quiet, but there was enough life around for us to meet other campers and enjoy the atmosphere. We were close to the river which was a constant white noise which really helped us sleep at night! The river is very fast flowing (especially on days when the dam is open). I would have felt nervous being so close to the river if we had small children, but as we were just 2 adults it was fine. We swam & paddled in the river and I found a rock to jump off along with a couple of other people which was fun! We enjoyed the atmosphere at the bar and were lucky enough to be there on a Saturday night to enjoy the pizzas! There is an outdoor company on site & we booked an afternoon of 'Aqua Rando' which was SO MUCH FUN! It is pretty hardcore though, so you do have to be brave to take part! As the company was on site, it was ridiculously convenient for us. I usually like to go on walks from a campsite, but the road was too windy & dangerous to walk along. However, there was a track out behind the campsite which I used to walk up the side of the Gorge where I got some magnificent views. The small local town Castellane was beautiful and had everything we needed for a night out or a wander round during the day. I would love to come back to this site sometime as we thought that we barely scratched the surface of the area and it is a great base for any outdoor activiites.

It was the first time we'd been to a campsite like this, and we really liked the setting and atmosphere. Being close to nature was very relaxing and gave us a chance to recharge our batteries. The lake in the middle of the campsite adds to its charm.

I was at the site on an autumn day devoid of tourism, but what stands out, albeit on a rather dreary day, is the apparent disrepair of the entire structure with exterior order that could be greatly improved.
